very friendly and welcoming staff very good facilities ,well designed and I liked the colour scheme and contemporary look. need to make it little warmer by introducing some pictures on the walls specially in the spa area and some plants.Also the bedside lights need to be more attractive. the wires look untidy and my interior design brain found fault in that.I can supply the hotel very smart elegant italian lighting if they are interested as i work with lighting manufacturers in Italy |

Hotel staff was good, very good dinner, the design of the hotel, spa center, cleanliness, the attitude to the children The water in the childrens pool was too cold. |

We booked a double room and got an upgrade to a suite, which was really amazing. Separate living area, large bedroom, two badrooms, two terraces,... Swimming pools were also really nice. Food was of very good quality considering is was a buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The beds were a bit hard. |

Staff, Room areas, pool areas, breakfast wireless internet: 20€ per day. public WC in pool and other areas should be cleaned more often. TV in room without the more important channels and low quality. |

Staff is very friendly, the room as well as the hotel is well decorated, modern and quite big. The only thing I think it could be better is the water pressure. |

The attitude of all stuff was good to excellent All Pools inside and outside were very cold. Even the nice children pool was not heated. For a modern five star hotel very poor. The breakfast buffet was not premium. Many things were cold, cakes from the day before (already dry), limited choice of breads and healthy food. Presentation in the style of a very touristic hotel. Not enough staff at breakfast time for coffee etc. |

Perhaps better to have 2 or 3 alternativs on new-years eve instead of only one from 7. p.m. to 3 a.m. with many activities.A nice dinner and a glass of sparkling wine at 12 oclock is better for elderly people - and hopefully cheaper. |

Fantastic attention from staff at all times. My wife's birthday was during our stay, and staff and chef treated us to nice surprises. We would recommend and go back to this hotel. |

The restaurant for dinner was very fancy, with a very good chef. Hotel management involved in organizing a cocktail with some show after in one day, a Portuguese evening on Saturday, etc. Very helpful staff. The shower was terrible in setting the right temperature for the water. A bit difficult to visit around if you don't have a car. Sao Rafael beach and Marina are the only ones reachable by a decent walk. |

Pas grade chose...trop grand et impersonnel... Le petit déj. était bien mais c'est plutôt un 4* pour moi! Il est situé dans une zone très urbanisée(vue sur le supermarché), pour aller à la plage il faut absolument avoir une voiture. Notre suite était grande mais sans aucune touche personelle, aucune couleur, les produits cosmetiques sont moindres pour un 5*. Je ne conseille pas cet hotel, il n'a rien d'exceptionel et il ne vaut pas le détour! |

War fast alles o.k. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Fruehstuecksbuffet Hoteldesign Tuere von Wohnzimmer zu Schlafzimmer schliesst nicht. Etwas laut von Kuechenabsaugung wegen starkem Wind etwas laut von der Strassenseite |

Sehr freundliches Personal, fantastisches Abendessen, schöner Poolbereich und eine sehr schöne Badebucht in Fußentfernung. Klares, modernes Design, gute Parkplätze und bei Bedarf Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind unbedingt zur Poolseite zu empfehlen, da sonst störender Straßenlärm. Das gesamte Hotel ist mit Bodenfliesen ausgestattet, daher auch keine Geräuschdämmung. Die Bäder sind klein und es gibt keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Bestuhlung auf der Frühstücksterasse und auch beim Dinner auf der Terasse sind alles andere als komfortabel und laden nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein. |

el personal una ´maravilla al igual que las instalaciones. el restaurante para cenar, de 10. nosotros cogimos media pensión y mereció mucho la pena el buffet para ser un hotel 5 estrellas, muy escaso. las sabanas en 5 días, sólo las cambiaron un día a pesar de nuestra queja y lo mismo pasó con los albornoces. nosotros estuvimos en una suite para 3 personas y lo malo de esa tercera es uqe tiene que dormir en un sofá cama que es un horror, el colchón es minúsculo, se clava todo |
