Relatively close to airport; and Metro station. Wake-up call cam 10 mins. late Night staff (3:30 a.m.) was not too alert The climb from Metro station back to DAH is a real challenge

- nice, comfortable and clean - near Alameda metro station where there are 2 metro lines - near Alameda garden which is full of life during sunny days - not easy to find a place open at night near the hotel after 10pm to go out and drink something or have a coffee - the hotel's "bar" is actually a machine distributor in a place that looks like a study room - the rooms near the elevator are a little bit noisy in the morning

The staff were friendly and very helpful.The receptionist on duty the day we arrived. explained the metro stops to us. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was as good as any four star hotel probably better as the food was hot rather than warm. A bit out of the tourist district. but mete is quite easy to get around

Courteous staff. Ample parking on the premises. Roof breakfast terrace. Room Service. Stairs to reach reception. Stayed almost two consecutive days. One of the rooms a bit tight.

From outside the hotel there should be a lift. I had many suitcases and the stairs to lobby were a pain. I needed a fridge in the room and microwave would have been good too.

Friendly staff, super clean, and modern furnishings. FREE WI-FI access, and very close to subway and lisbon airport is only 10 minutes. Great place to stay for the money!! Highly recommended... Room is a little small if you have luggages, but it is minor issue for us.

The hotel is quite old but rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was too simple, even for such a low cost hotel. We didn't like the garage, it was extremely narrow and difficult to drive in (we were driving fiat punto!!)

cleaness, nice staff, wonderful breakfast with great view if you eat on balcony always problems with key to open the door and electricity. However, staff was so nice. even it closes to Metro station, due to strike in Lisboa, it was terrible at that time.

Everything was good, just as expected judging by the other reports and the hotel description on the site. A little up the hill from the metro but it doesn`t take a long time. Good connection with the centre, the airport and Oriente train station. The room and the breakfast are regular for a 3* hotel, the breakfast room has an open terrace with a nice view over the city.

The room and the service. The location can work both positive and negative. Its not close to downtown but very close to the airport. The walk from the metro to the hotel is a bit of an effort but a good exercise.
