The pirce was reasonable and reception staff were friendly. There is ample and easy on-street parking opposite. The room was rather cramped and there was a bad smell of drains from our bathroom. |

The renovated rooms were very confortable and clean. Bathroom had everything in place with good towels and a plus, a hairdryer. Breakfast was the usual with good bread and nothing was missing. For an hotel city, close to the road i couldn't hear any noise, so that's was a plus too. TV should be better tunned, it have some static in most of the channels. |

A comida e serviço .A simpatia e eficiência do Director em resolver o mal entendido sobre a tarifa. No site do Booking fomos levados a uma interpretação errada ( tarifa a aplicável ao quarto ) Não foi sobre o hotel, mas a informação que vem no site da booking não é explicíto que esta tarifa é só para 1 pessoa em quarto com 2 camas. |

El hotel está situado cerca de la frontera con España por Portugal. Es fácil llegar y tiene unas vistas excelentes del acueducto de Elvas. Esa ciudad es muy bonita y curiosa. El hotel estuvo, en general, bien.La piscina y la amplitud de la habitación estuvo bien. algunos aspectos negativos son: 1, El buffet libre que leí tener tan buena fama es un buffet muy simple con muy pocas cosas. Nada del otro mundo.; 2, el hotel por dentro está viejo, sobre todo las puertas de conglomerado que dejan oírse todo y dan una sensación de muy poca seguridad; 3, no tiene mampara el plato de ducha, sólo una parca cortina..así que es un "show" ducharse. |

O pequeno almoço era razoável. Apesar de algumas obras de remodelação o hotel necessita de muitas outras.Os quartos têm um cheiro estranho e desagradável que o fraco ar condicionado tenta dissimular; a limpeza e higiene da casa de banho era fraquissima. As toalhas estavam sujas de outros hóspedes!!! |

Buen precio. Recepcionista muy cordial y servicial. Baños modernizados. Croissants aceptables. Piscina. Las puertas de las habitaciones necesitan una renovación urgente y la moqueta del comedor pide a gritos su sustitución. No hay servicio de internet. La acera delante del hotel está en pésimo estado. |
