Convenient to points of interest, congenial staff
Great location, friendly staff, free breakfast
everything was great!
Close to the river area and the very helpful staff
Perfect location! Excellent value for the money. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Wifi worked, but wasn't great.
Location close to Ribera and upper town Good price Good breakfast Helpful staff
Traffic noise Wifi not working with my iPhone, user name and password complicated
The location was good, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. If the hotel had not been in the midst of renovations, our stay would likely have been more pleasant.
Renovations directly above us and very strong headache-inducing paint fumes We were moved to a much smaller room on a lower floor away from the construction but then had a lot of street noise. The 'free' breakfast had a poor selection of substandard bakery items, tasteless fruit and watery juice. Nothing hot.
We stayed here for 3 nights - great location for walking around to visit the old centre. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the San Bento Metro station ..... easy to get to from the airport
The selection at breakfast was not very good and we had to wait for more breakfast rolls to be delivered. Insulation at the hotel is poor - both noise and heat. Traffic started around 6:30 and room neighbours could be clearly heard
Very small beds, to much noise from the street
Små værelser. WIFI er ustabilt
Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful.great pillows.
1 of the staff recommended me to a hotel - whilst this happens regularly, this time not so... The restaurant when I was leaving told me I was entitled to a bottle of wine, as that was the decal. Luckily I found some very good restaurants on my own.
The staff was nice, the hotel is conveniently located and the room was comfortable.
The bathroom looked a bit old, and the room was a bit noisy due to the traffic on the street
The location was excellent. Very good value for money. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Louis Pinto. Thank you, will visit again!
People next to the hotel was too noisy at night.
It was central and characterful I did not stay for breakfast as I was setting out on foot for Compostela at 6am The receptionist pointed me to an excellent nearby restaurant where I got a good and very reasonable pilgrim supper
Excellent position would definitely recommend
Excellent location. Room was pretty quiet. Good value for money.
Breakfast could have used more variety. Room a bit dirty on the first day.
Location was great! Good worth for the money!
Very good location in the heart of Ribeira, 5 min walk close to everything that matters
When we arrived they gave us a twin room instead of a double but changed it without any comment. But the double bed was small and uncomfortable. Sleep quality is bad, lot of noise from the street at night. They started to clean the next room at 8 in the morning with very noisy aspirator. Noisy guests all the time.
Very well located, we appeciated the 6th floor for the awsome view on the city.
May be the many seagulls at dawn on the roofs around...
The main factor is the position. You can reach every place of interest on foot. The staff were very kind and gave us every info that we needed.
Unfortunately we had two single beds instead of a double bed, but no matter. Wi-fi was too weak in our room.
The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is a shortish walk from most things one would want to visit.
Breakfast items not replenished so ran out towards end of time.
Location, staff very friendly
Wifi was slow
This hotel is well located. Kind service.
Despite the breakfast is good, could be better if they include eggs ans warm food. The orange juice machine is a bottleneck that can be solved replacing it for a more efficient machine.
hotel keeps its promises very good staff good location
noisy even if the windows are closed parking
