style of the hotel , proximity to the beach and commercial area, helpful staff,good selection of breakfast stuffs available,excellent location for local transport links, and taxi service available at hotel door, both for local travel and airport transfer. the later arranged by hotel staff. the absence of a good bar area, the area used while being very well maintained was the same area used for breakfast.I think it would benefit hugely from a "residents" bar for people with families who might not be able to use local bars because of babysitters being available.etc. |

the rooms were very spacious, well equiped (with kichenette) and great terrace with design interior. location of the hotel is very good. the minibar in the rooms are not stocked very well: a lot of drinks were not replanished and/or not available. the hotel information was missing in the room.breakfast was fairly simple for a 4 star hotel. swimmingpool most of the day in shade and enclosed with walls. no internet/wifi inroom on iPhone. |

Very new and modern hotel with wonderful view to the seaside, all the equipment is new and modern, very clean. Good place in the town in comparison with other hotels, near the beach. Very helpful staff. Quite poor breakfast for such kind of hotel, coffee could be better, no vegetables. But it seems normal in Portugal, as we realised while traveling there. |

A brand new Hotel with great design ans style in the centre of Praia da Rocha in Portimao right on the beach with private parking..I advise staying in the junior suites, just perfect. |

A great hotel, brandnew with all amenities. We stayed for 2 weeks. The place is spotless and the food (we only had breakfast) is fine. Nice is the fact that at breakfast you can get yourself a BIG orange juice and not one of these tiny ones in 4* hotels that you must refill 17 times. Breakfast if full and rich with a full buffet of choices. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and they try very hard to comply with all individual wishes. They helped us with different things several times. Billing was also correct. The Hotel is right in front of the beach and there is no loud disco in front of the hotel (as with other hotels in Portimao). So its calmer than others. The hotel is completely new and so therefore a few tiny things still had to be tweaked, for example, there was a Flatscreen TV always on at breakfast with MTV in the breakfastroom, which was distracting for the children as they end up watching TV and not eating breakfast. The staff didnt know this and when they were asked, they did switch off the TV so the parents didnt have to fight for the attention of their kids at breakfast. So that worked fine and everyone was happy. Apart from this tiny tiny issue (a startup issue) all was very well. The staff, as shown by this example are very helpful and attentive. |

Proximity to the beach was good and rooms were big and comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Some of the female staff at reception were a bit rude - some customer service skills would be of benefit to them |

the stay was comfortable and the rooms are quite big for a double The cost is a bit high, but this could have been due to high season. Also, the request for parking was sent however no parking was available when we arrived which gave us the impression when we arrived at the location the hotel has no private parking probabl only allotted spaces in he area. there is however a parking lot a block away which we were able to use and pay for. |

la excelente atencion dispensada por el personal directivo y de servicio siempre atentos a cualquier sugerencia o duda, la ubicacion a pie de playa da Rocha. Habia leido comentarios sobre el desayuno no muy positivos si bien, para mi era normal y abundante durante la noche se oia un poco el ruido del viento pero es normal al estar a pie de playa |
