Well appointed studio with all of the basic facilities done very well.

Easy walk to city centre but street had no facilities like shops or bars, and there is no view from balcony.

We've checked in well after midnight with no problems at all. Location is very good - close to Porto cellars as well as to bars/ restaurants area. 10 out of 10, we'll be back for sure.

Very caring staff. Happy with personalized welcome and the fact that we could save our stuff (arrived very early in Porto). Apartment was already available at 1 pm. Stayed at the back of the building in spacious apartment fully equipped and with great balcony. City Centre within easy walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Douro River on few steps away. We loved the space saving furniture solutions.

first, when we approached to the address, were disappointed a little, having thought that us deceived, actually everything appeared remarkably, simply appearance of houses with in Porto leaves much to be desired, came into an entrance, and at once it became clear from the elevator, modern hotel, such what it and has to be, apartments very cozy and modern, in each number a penthouse, in one-room it is less, in two-room big. The hotel arrangement was pleasant, is near the embankment, to the center with restaurants with views of the river of 10 minutes on foot, 5 more minutes and you on other coast of the river where there are all producers of port, near hotel are supermarkets and small restaurants. Personnel very courteous, polite. In general it is possible to deliver to this hotel the firm five.

Ana was incredibly friendly and helpful. The design of the apartment was gorgeous. I would recommend design oporto flats to everyone.

the internal design is very good . the services is good and professional you can have most of things you need , just feel like home .

it's kind of far away the river , it's not 300 meter ,but about half an hour by walking

First loft we stayed in, facing street was small and a little noisy but we managed Stayed an extra night in a loft in the back, bigger and quiet, very good

Very modern, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. As well, our apartment had a large outdoor deck with parking and excellent security. Lots of cushions to aid comfort. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment overlooking the street, which could sleep four, not the studio. We were within 5-10 minutes walk to major shopping ,restaurants. English speaking staff managing the facility were very helpful, and were easily contactable.

The bedroom was pleasantly large, but overlooked a major road with constant traffic . You do need to bring your earplugs, at least, for a good sleep. This is the only reason for downgrading this excellent facility.

Friendly and helpful staff. New and clean room with style.

We stayed 4 nights in a super modern apartment on the 4th floor with private balcony. Fortunately unit was sound proofed as we overlooked a noisy morning street which meant we had to sleep with the doors closed and unfortunately the unit doesn't have air-conditioning. Bed was very comfortable. Modern well equipped kitchen including a washing/drying machine. Bath room excellent although water seemed to get around the curtain onto the floor. Although not always on site, our hosts went out of their way to assist us with an early arrival and departure. They also explained extremely well the facilities when showing us the room. Excellent email communications prior to our arrival to clarify arrival times, etc.. Unit located handy to rail station by taxi, within a few minutes walk of grocery shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes walk from the main city center.

Bed folded down from wall and took up alot of space. Lighting was poor for reading or writing diaries/letter. No air-conditioning which would have appreciated at night for sleeping.

Ana who meet us with the keys etc. was the most charming,helpful concierge we have encountered. Nothing was too much trouble, she gave excellent suggestions for sightseeing I would have her as service face for my business back home in Australia!

It was modern, clean and had the convenience of a kitchen and white goods.

The apartments are located in a bit of a shabby (vacant and unmended buildings) but otherwise very safe street. The apartmentbuilding itself is great though. The apartments are not really big but with the foldaway beds there is plenty of room. Unfortunately they made some bad decisions architecting the room, when the bed is folded out one of the main cupboards with drawers cannot be opened, a slight mistake. The apartments have all the appliances and gear for a great stay, with as a major bonus the excellent big balcony! Eating breakfast in the early sun really felt luxurious! Location is excellent for exploring the city center by foot and very close to Sa Bento. Last but certainly not least: the staff especially Isabel is really cute :-)

Nice and helpfull personal, good appartments location

The apartment is not that big, but cosy and designed very smartly (we got some ideas for our own flat). It has almost everything you need, including washing poweder and coffee for a coffee machine. It also has a nice balcony and a lovely terrace on the floor (shared access with other apartments). The own parking is a big plus, if you are travelling by car. Location is also good and Ana (the girl who met us when we arrived) is very friendly and helpful, even provided us with a city map and recommended places to eat.

We were a group of friends, staying in 3 different apartments. All 3 were very nice decorated and spacious. A lot of little nice details in the rooms made the stay like feeling at home. Everything was more than perfect. The balconies facing the street are a bit noisy in the morning. The big terrace in the back is perfect. The next subway is in walking distance about 15 min away.

Ultra modern, clean, stylish and individually designed to a high standard. Great staff and good location about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Porto. Overall a really nice place to stay.

A full length mirror would have been a bonus (but minor point). Road noise was a also a minor issue at the front of the building but wasn't a problem at the back.

Smart design with the transformable furniture, good location, although slightly outside the center of oporto (you might prefer to take a taxi at night) nice terrace and friendly staff.

The location is on a busy street and next to a construction zone at the moment, although with the windows closed you won't hear them.

The apartment is very well equipped. Modern, New and very functional. I really enjoyed the stay here. You very central but away from all the noise. They were extremely friendly with my late arrival, explained everything about the apartment. The apartment is small, but very well designed! I really love the Kitchen and Bathroom, The Cofee Machine, but the best thing about the apartment was really the Balcony! I wish I could stay longer and, Next time when I come back to Oporto, I will most definably be back! Ohh, and they have Car Parking with automatic Door! Very easy access back to the apartment. Very reserved.

They should invest on a Better Matress, but thats just my tasting. But really nothing, its perfect for a Week Vacation!
