A mon arrivée, accueil sympathique avec bagages apportés directement dans la chambre. La chambre très accueillante et jolie. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé la mauvaise foi du personnel à l'hôtel. J'ai eu un souci financier et la barrière de la langue n'aidait pas manifestement. Sachant que 80 % des français font escale à Horta, je pense que pour un hôtel grand standing comme celui-ci, il est presque indispensable d'employer du personnel parlant la langue. |

Localização O Hotel deveria disponibilizar internet grátis. Não ficaria caro para o Hotel e era um serviço que agradaria aos seus clientes. |

Ligt mooi tegenover de haven. Het personeel was ronduit onvriendelijk. Heel vervelend en volledig in tegenstelling tot onze andere ervaringen met de mensen op de Azoren. |

Al meedere keren geweest de laatste jaren en blijft dezelfde goede kwaliteit leveren. Ligging aan de haven zeer mooi en makkelijk voor verder transport naar vliegveld Horta of eiland Pico. Bij ingang restaurant staat noch steeds een menu voor a la carte maar al die jaren toch een lopend buffet. Is goed van kwalitiet met water en wijn inbegrepen in de prijs. Kunnen die kaart wel weghalen wat mij betreft. |
