Reception staff/senior management were particularly helpful & welcoming. The hotel car parking facilities were a valued asset in this vicinity of Faro. |

The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel; and the free parking. It's right next to an abandoned house that hosts homeless people; you can hear when someone in the room next to you or upstairs runs the water or uses the toilet; the room furniture was old (not in a good/vintage kind of way), crappy and stinky; the view from the window sucked and we could hear dogs barking through the night. Also, it is quite a lot to walk from the hotel to the old town and the touristic center and it feels a bit unsafe to walk back in the night. Bottom line, stay here only if you run out of options. |

Very good location for the town, places to eat, shops and public transport but not too busy. Faro isn't a 'beach' resort but is a good place to stay with things to do and see, and you can go to the beaches at Lagos and Villa Real on the train [approx 100 mins but very cheap train fare]. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate - loved the croissants and the coffee was drinkable. Reception staff did their best. Minimal facilites in room and reception. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a central position for visiting Faro. Free parking was very helpful. Lack of international tv channels even though the brochure said they were available. Very limited bar stock. |

I liked the central location of this hotel; close to the city market and to the old city centre as well. The minibar was not working at all and after we spoken to the reception they informed us that it couldn't be fixed so we had to stay all the 3 days without minibar right in the middle of Algarve's hot summer. |

They were very helpful in directing us toward the centre of town. Kind staff, quick to please. A simple, clean room for a good price. Although it was a short walk to the centre of town, it was too far. The area around the hotel was very dark and quiet by the time we were walking home after dinner. |

Location was excellent - 5 to 10 minutes from airport (via car), and 10 minutes walk to the marina. Staff very helpful and internet connection in room is fast (plug in connection). Great value for money. |

Very friendly staff - large clean room. Room that I used was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location withing walking distance (5 minutes) from a large supermarket and good non-touristy restaurants. All in all great value. |

Great value for money, clean, nice breakfast, especially croissants -) although they do tend to run out very fast as they are so tasty; great location to marina, and other sights; unexpected closeness to marina where u can get boats to Faro beach or ILha da Faro - Faro Island, with a 1.50 euro/2.50 euro respectively - a 40 min boat ride away - fantastic and highly recommended. There was a festival on when we went which was great.Very happy with the facilities; got more than bargained for; nice room; did not spend much time in though as there was much to do outside Internet slow but free:) |

The room and the staff were nice, and we were not disturbed at any point. The location was great, we were close to shops, shopping center, and city center. We did not need a car. The room overlooked a church. |
