Very friendly staff - large clean room. Room that I used was very quiet and comfortable. Excellent location withing walking distance (5 minutes) from a large supermarket and good non-touristy restaurants. All in all great value. |

Great value for money, clean, nice breakfast, especially croissants -) although they do tend to run out very fast as they are so tasty; great location to marina, and other sights; unexpected closeness to marina where u can get boats to Faro beach or ILha da Faro - Faro Island, with a 1.50 euro/2.50 euro respectively - a 40 min boat ride away - fantastic and highly recommended.There was a festival on when we went which was great.Very happy with the facilities; got more than bargained for; nice room; did not spend much time in though as there was much to do outside Internet slow but free:) |

The room and the staff were nice, and we were not disturbed at any point. The location was great, we were close to shops, shopping center, and city center. We did not need a car. The room overlooked a church. |

close to the city center, free parking, nice breakfast, good value for money horrible views from the room window, some nights there was a noise by intervals quite annoying, noises from people in the corridors. |

Most of staff were very nice and friendly __lovely rooms-- great value breakfast lady over reacted when a guest made a small mistake ---made us feel very unconfortable. |

They have non smoking rooms. Noise outside the room. I could hear the people walking the hallway and people talking in the next room as well as across the corridor. |

It was okay at that price. The rooms are comfortable and tidy and the hotel is next to the city and harbour. The breakfast was okay but the coffee was awful. I did not like the reception area and that they do not have a café where you can chill... |

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good hotel facilities and a nice breakfast. One of the staff member was very nice and could advice good eating place in the town. The hotel was a bit far away from the station and cannot be reached by public transport except taxi. You need to walk about 15 mins to reach the hotel. Not the best choice if you are looking for a beach side hotel. |

The young fellow on reception was very helpful, pointing out directions on a map, providing us with a jug for hot water (no-one else did this during our stay in Europe), and changing our room when the first one wasn't ready. Breakfast was good, and room was bright and spacious. |
