The location and restaurant quality.

The build is 30 years old and you can see that. Very old studio rooms in poor condition. The kitchen was very poorly equipped without water boiler, coffee machine, bottle openers. The bathroom was in very bad shape as well.

Was good value for money

The beds were uncomfortable, too hard. Cleaner came on the saturday but not on the sunday

The hotel is near the beach.

The apartment was very large and very ugly. In the rooms that was a permanent stench (even with 3 days of open windows). Definitly I do not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic flats with great view over the. ocean. The rooms where cleaned every day . Very close to the beach.

It is quite a long way to walk to the town, but there is a bus every hour.

We had a 4 year old daughter and were given 4th story room with very low wall on balcony which meant she was banned from going out side at all didnt sleep until she joined us in our bed because of potetial for accident

We arrived late and we expected a 2 bedroom t2 type of apartment. We were given a 2 room apartment. The 2 beds are timeshares in the complex. However the manager was very sympathetic and allowed us to upgrade to a 2 bed without any extra charge. We had to move rooms twice to fit in with their booking system but this was a small price to pay. All staff kind, polite and helpful. One can bill all ones snacks to the room. The beach is 200 meters away, very few people on it if you walk 50 metres to the left or right. The seaview from the apartment was stunning.

No english channels on tv in room. No microwave, kettle or draining board unless one asked for them (the microwave was downstairs). The restaurant in the block was expensive, even with the 10% discount.

Room was tidy and well equipped for what we needed. Great pool area.

Horrible service at check in... we were ignored for 2 minutes and then had repeat myself once he completed doing some invoices while we waited for him. No direction to where our room was or what facilities were at the hotel.

We stayed here only because we booked late and it was close to where our friends were staying. The location was good for the beach.

Massively outdated rooms. It looks like they last refurbished in the 70s and haven't changed a thing since. Phone, tv, the kitchenette and the bathroom were incredibly old. The bed covers were absolutely disgusting. No air-con, no fans for summer in Portugal. We ended up moving the beds to the room near the balcony just ot get some cool air.

We moved to this hotel after being sorely disappointed with our first hotel/guesthouse choice and could not bear the lack of sleep anymore. We took this last minute option which besides being cheaper was better located in the city of Lagos, close to the beaches and much better rooms. They are in fact not actual hotel rooms but 1 bedroom apartments but very nicely arranged. They are quite confortable and spacious with balconies.

No ac in hot weather and a bit noisy as it seems to be a preferred place for groups of young people partying.

This was a great stay and an amazing price. Room was spacious and included a kitchenette which was ideal for long stays. Ocean view! The beach is fantastic. Would recommend this to anyone.

Would be nice to have wifi available in room and not just lobby.

The staff of the hotel was really helpful and friendly. Even though we first had a really great room which was redecorated recently and with a view to the beach, we had to switch rooms after two days because of working in progress in rooms above us. Not very pleasent to wake up at 08:00, but the nice man in the reception put us over to another part of the hotel. The room there were old-fashioned but still looking good. For the price we paid we didn't expect even the standard of the old-fashioned room! There we had the evening sun (from noon and the rest of the day) and a partially view in to Lagos. Perfectly situated at the beach and we used only 15 minutes to walk into town and the big supermarked. Ask the men in the reception about places to eat - we did and we do not regret that! :) Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Remember to buy soap and cloth to wash the dishes. Even though there's a full kitchen with all you need, this lacs.. And the cleaningladies will not touch it as we though since there was nothing to clean with!

De service. Men zou veel beter in moeten spelen op het tijdstip van aankomen.bv. Eerst die appartementen schoonmaken van personen die vroeg arriveren. Ook gratis internet is een aanrader.

Mukava henkilökunta. Hotellin yhteydessä toimiva "Atlantico"-ravintola on erinomainen.

Kaikissa huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, vaikka sellainen kuuluisi kolmen tähden majapaikan itsestäänselvään varustukseen noin lämpimässä paikassa. Etukäteen on vaikea saada selville mitkä huoneet ovat ilmastoidut ja mitkä ei. Lisäksi varauskategoriassa keskenään samanlaiset huoneet eivät ole keskenään saman tasoisia.

Excelente localização. O apartamento era muito espaçoso e a vista maravilhosa!

O que mais gostei, foi da vista maravilhosa para a Meia praia.

Nada a salientar

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación en primera línea de playa y su cercanía a la ciudad de Lagos. La piscina era pequeña pero bien ciudada y el entorno, con césped y palmeras, estaba muy bien. El personal es atento y amable.

El apartamento tenía dos camas individuales separadas que no se podían juntar porque en medio había una gran lámpara anclada a la pared. Eran tan incómodas, con un somier tan viejo, que fue imposible dormir durante la semana que nos alojamos. Yo acabé con lumbago. La nevera de la cocina (lo llamo cocina por decir algo, porque era un huequito en el pasillo) hacía tanto ruido la primera noche que tuvimos que protestar y, eso sí que hay que reconocerlo, a la mañana siguiente la cambiaron por una nueva. La limpieza de las habitaciones no era demasiado buena y las toallas solo las cambiaron una vez. Los muebles y la tele tenían más de 20 años. Tenían wifi pero te cobraban 5 euros por usarla. En general, la impresión que nos quedó es de un hotel que en su momento seguro que estaba muy bien pero que hace ya mucho que necesita reformas para que sea mínimamente confortable.

De appartementen waren ruim en licht we hadden ook een groot balkon de ligging was erg goed dicht bij het strand/zee en toch ook op loopafstand naar het stadje Lagos

Boa localização com excelente vista para o mar, edificio em boas condições de conservação quer no interior assim como no exterior. Boa piscina e com bom espaço para relaxamento.

Bonne hôtel qui offre des appartements spacieux et bien équipés. Belle piscine.

Malheureusement l'hôtel n'est pas bien situé, zône hôtelière aseptisée : voix ferré à traverser pour aller à la plage... éloignée de Lagos. Dommage car la ville de Lagos a son charme.
