Staff very helpful. Very convenient location with metro station at 50m .Easy walking access to main touristic areas .Very good internet connection. Room clean and comfortable.

Location was quite central, 20 mins of walking or two stops with the metro will bring you to the centre.

Rooms were quite small, breakfast was the same everyday.

Hotel central location, within walking distance to most sites, tour buses and shops.Staff very helpful. I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location is "ok", near main round-about: city centre can easily reached by metro which is round the corner. Breakfast was good (compared to other hotels in Portugal).

However, due to the car traffic, some rooms may be a bit load (ours was not!!).

The hotel was well located for the Metro. Spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of variety at breakfast. The evening self-service snack and drinks bar was a good idea.

If you are not able to sleep with traffic noise then ear plugs are a good idea. The evening self-service bar was not well advertised.

I like most of all the location (near from Metro Station) and the staff!

I didn't like the room: too small, the bed was not confortable! Most of all, I coudn't sleep because of the noise, from the outside!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff especially Anna Paula at reception. The quality of the bed and bedlinen, that there was a bath as well as a shower, that the window opened for some fresh air, the range and quality of the breakfast. The location was fine - 2 minutes walk to the metro and just 2 short metro stops to the centre of Lisbon.

I have never seen a more polite and helpful receptionist as a very frequent traveller. The breakfast is awesome and the location is very good. Overall, the hotel is a nice one.

We stayed in a large room with one double bed and one single. The double bed was comfortable but the single was not as good as the double. It has wheels and it was not very stable which made sleeping a bit harder.

The staff is extremily nice and helpful. The room I stayed in and sanitary facilities I used were clean and quiet even though it overlooks a busy street. Very good and tasty fruits served for breakfast are also worth to point out. A subway station is just a minute walk away from the hotel's lobby too.

Parking is a bit problematic so it's worth asking for it in advance while booking the room (filing an additional request).

I had a bad experience in the city for what they helped me somewhat. But during the helping process they were more into strict company policy vs to what the emergency required, Mainly as to phone use who would have to pay for the call.

Hotel is very central location. It is close to everywhere(metro, touristic bus stop, airport busses..). Wi-Fi is useful in the hotel even in the room. Breakfast menu is so good that I expected. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Especially receptionists offer you so many tips about the city. If I come again to Lisbon, I will stay in this hotel.

Safe in the room broken and not fixed

It was a quiet location so we could have the window open at night, the staff were friendly and helpful and the honesty bar was very handy - you had to ask for milk but they produced it reasonably quickly. The small lounge was also good - some beautiful coffee-table books of Lisbon and Portugal to look at.

The background music in the breakfast room in the late evening when we were trying to watch the news on tv. They would probably have done something about it if we had asked
