We like the very convenient location, near the metro but in a fairly quiet street, and the good breakfast in a comfortable lounge. This is a simple unpretentious hotel offering good basic facilities at a reasonable price.
Some rooms have a rather grim view of walls and windows
Location is convenient: about 20 mins walk away from the downtown along the beautiful street. There is a metro station right next to the hotel and a nice park. ATM, post-office, supermarket and some restaurants are within several minutes walk. The room was spacious, the property is clean and well-maintened, the breakfast was tasty, the staff was helpful and friendly.
wifi was rather slow in the room and sometimes it took a while to connect.
central location to the Metro station
outdated facility difficult to find hotel location by car fire station nearby
Great location, very clean, comfortable, good wi fi, good breakfast and helpful staff. Overall a simple, hassle free and clean hotel
generally very good value for money. brazilian guy at the front was very helpful and pleasant.
room when we arrived smelt of tobacco
Very small room (even not a table) which gives onto a rear courtyard relatively noisy The hotel need a refreshment
Location, near to public transport. Breakfast (but coffee was poor). Very helpful staff.
The road layout near the hotel is quite complex and therefore it's difficult to navigate to the hotel if you're driving and haven't been to Lisbon before. It's worth making the effort though as the location is great.
The decor. The breakfast. The peaceful and quiet surroundings. Helpful staff. A very pleasant little hotel. Would stay here again.
Absence of tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.
Very friendly staff.
Very central. Perfect for city break.
Kind of worn and old. Did not like the breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts.
Toilet not clean when we arrived. Hard mattresses!
Good service and nice staff. Location near metro. Clean rooms.
Leaking toilet and sometimes noisy from the surrounding streets.
The staff especially Ana were fantastic, very friendly very helpful. Maid service was excellent too. The breakfast was also good.
The bed was rock hard. and rooms very dated.
Helpful staff. Excellent restaurant recommendation.
Central, close to everything
Room too small
Nice staff and well sized rooms
Beds were a little firm for me
Good location, breakfast and the room were OK
Wi-Fi was not good, bathroom was not very clean, the elevator very small
The staff was super helpful and friendly; nice view of the city; good location.
Location is good near by the metro station but that great location in city center. Hotel staff are the best and very helpful.
Old furniture and TV. Only one electric outlet can be use in the entire room and its not close to bed..!!
I appreciated a lot the room: clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Execpt for the fee for the parking (€13 per night)
The staff of the hotel was excellent and helpful
Helpful staff. Good provided breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere. In a busy city, relative quiet.
The carpet in our room should have been replaced a while back: it was faded though not worn or unsafe. The rubber bath mat in our bathroom was torn and ruckled easily. Signs I think that Portugal is up against it economically.
