Ligt in een rustige omgeving, 's nachts geen lawaai. Kleine liften, maar was niet erg, ze gingen zeer snel. Grote pilaar in de kamer waardoor kamer kleiner werd, verder was kamer uitstekend. |

Vlotte, correcte, eerlijke & vriendelijke bediening. Het ontbijt was prima (voldoende keuze & lekker). Jammer dat er geen tuin, koer of balkon was. Ook het bed was nogal heel hard. |

It was centrally located, with comfortable rooms, helpful staff and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was on the loud side. |

Great location for seeing Lisbon, you need to be prepared for a 20 minute walk to the old part of town - but lovely down avenue. Helpful staff, and pleasant relaxed feel to breakfast room and internet area. |

Friendly & helpful staff and very good location. Nice & clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice, for the custard tarts lovers - they were there!!! |

Staff were courtious and helpful Booked a double room and was given a twin room, told no double available but the room was fairly cold and heating not working, was offered a double in Dom Carlos Liberty but that room was very small, but was given a portable heater for our room in Dom Carlos Park |

Nice location, walking distance to the historical part of Lisbon, also pretty close to the station. Safe atmosphere. Nice to go out for running along the big road. not really. Maybe, the staff was not that friendly in general... |

Nice breakfast, nice large immaculate room. Quiet. I would prefer wireless internet, there was a very short cable near the tv which was restrictive, but not so bad. |

We were allowed to check in 1.5 hrs early and even got complimentary room upgrade - which was a superb welcome to the hotel. It was nicely decorated and the reception staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We left the Do Not Disturb sign on our door when we went out, as we didn't want room service that day and just wanted privacy. However, we returned to our room that day to find the Do Not Disturb sign was no longer on our door and the hotel staff had entered and made up the room and threw away papers they shouldn't have. We were disappointed at the lack of privacy granted. |

The fact that the hotel seems away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon, when in fact it is right in the middle of it, with a metro stop only a stone throw away. Very good location, and also made good use of the gym at its' sister hotel down the road too.Staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgable of surrouding area and things to do in Lisbon. |

Limpeza dos quartos e disponibilidade e cortesia dos atendentes O Hotel precisa melhorar o sinal da internet, visto que a baixa qualidade do sinal nos quartos pode vir a dificultar a vida daqueles que viajam a negocio e necessitam utilizar a internet no quarto |

O quarto triplo com áreas separadas. O p.almoço variado e bem apresentado. A alcatifa devia ser substituída por outro material. Os depósitos de gel banho são de uso difícil. |

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas d'une station de métro sur la ligne principale. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable. La chambre était malheureusement côté rue et c'était donc assez bruyant pendant la nuit. L‘odeur étrange dans l’armoire était vraiment désagréable. |
