удачное расположение/ легкодоступность/ комнаты небольшие, но уютные/ завтрак - без изысков, зато качественный/ персонал - вежливый, всегда готовый проконсультировать/ плюс - сейф в номере/ фен не всегда работает/ очень мало розеток, либо они труднодоступны/ |

Отличное расположение отеля, ненавязчивый сервис, завтрак не очень разнообразен, но голодными не останетесь. Очень сильная слышимость в номере. Хотелось бы, чтобы персонал почаще улыбался. |

Hotel staff were very helpful. Location was excellant so close to the metro. Rooms were cleaned every day. Lighting in the room were poor. |

The honesty bar facilities were good with lots of choices at reasonable prices. The breakfast choices were good. Having a place to park the car an advantage. Staff were friendly and offered alternative suggestions for tours. |

Nice hotel with good lounge area (with WiFi) and newspapers/magazines. In common with a lot of hotels in Portugal (that we stayed in) there was no effort to keep the hot food warm at the breakfast buffet. |

Great location for seeing Lisbon, you need to be prepared for a 20 minute walk to the old part of town - but lovely down avenue. Helpful staff, and pleasant relaxed feel to breakfast room and internet area. |

Staff were courtious and helpful Booked a double room and was given a twin room, told no double available but the room was fairly cold and heating not working, was offered a double in Dom Carlos Liberty but that room was very small, but was given a portable heater for our room in Dom Carlos Park |

Nice location, walking distance to the historical part of Lisbon, also pretty close to the station. Safe atmosphere. Nice to go out for running along the big road. not really. Maybe, the staff was not that friendly in general... |
