Location was good -- easy walk to sights in the town of Evora, although it was uphill into town (we took a taxi in and walked back). |

the staff is great, english speaking, very helpful; the room is well equipped; the location is OK - some 1 km from the bus stop and "one big" parking lot away from the gate of the old town. but the biggest advantage of the hotel is its swimming pool - feels great after a day of sightseeing |

I only stayed here for one night as it seemed like a good place to base our explorations of evora from. Breakfast which was included was pretty good and the hotel pool gave us a nice place to relax cool down in the heat. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but it had a balcony and everything is clean and functional. So no complaints there. Location for exploring Evora's old town on foot was excellent. Evora was conquered by the Romans in 57BC and sometime after that the Germans began to arrive. This does mean that you are more likely to find schnitzel on the menus and that hotels will obey strict no noise policies. Myself and my boyfriend were in the games room making no noise and just playing snooker when our game was cut short by the rude night manager. Apparently people were sleeping.. |

This is a good hotel for the price. Big bedrooms with balconies. The swimming pool is clean with a nice green area around it. It´s a short walk to the centre of Evora and the hotel provides free underground parking. It´s a little tatty in places and needs a bit of paint. Breakfast was ok but the serving area is a little bit cramped. |

Very easy to book & find. General central location was excellent & vast amount of local free parking a bonus. Pool area, pool facilities & cleanliness was good. Rooms clean & adequate - did feel a little tired & in need of an update even if just painted. Very pleasant stay - thanks. No, found everything to be good - only stayed 1 night but had young children & they enjoyed their stay. |

The location was perfect an easy pleasant walk to the centre, free parking nearby. Definitely an old fashioned family resort, with a very good pool area for kids. Pleasant staff. Although given a room in the no smoking section, the first room stank of stale smoke, staff were efficient and changed us to another. The second room was better, but as you sleep you realise that all their beds and furniture exude the same stale cigarrette smell. |

The rooms are big, the pool is nice. There was a party of 50 young teenagers that did a lot of noise during the night. Besides that eveything was ok. |

i liked the spacious room, balcony, view of the city of Evora, and breakfast, which was very good and had good variety. the price was very reasonable, but i noticed that other hotels closer to the city center (e.g., Ibis) were similarly priced or cheaper. |

Tucked away on large, private grounds in the town Évora, proclaimed World Heritage Site by the UNESCO, this hotel welcomes guests looking to experience all the Alentejo has to offer. |
The Albergaria Vitória is centrally located in the historic town of Évora, just minutes away from the medieval city walls and the many sites of the old town. |
Surrounded by 80 000m² of beautiful gardens, this luxurious hotel is close to the city of Évora and housed in a former convent dating from the 15th century. |
Built in the middle of the 16th century, Albergaria Solar de Monfalim belonged to a nobleman from the Royal House: D. Gonçalo de Sousa. In 1892, the hotel received its first guest. |
