The hotel was OK, but the staff were not very friendly. The double room was two single beds. This was disappointing. |

Clean, comfortable, good views from panoramic bar. Food in restaurant excellent. Good location for sight seeing & shopping. Restaurant far too small, over-crowded at breakfast, not always able to get in evening times which was a dissappointment. |

The strongest assets are the location, close to the metro station that connects all subway lines; also excellent views of the city (at least from the upper floors). The free internet office is also a plus. They definitely need to take better care of their plumbing. Several things did not work as they should have. It wasn't a disaster, but this is simply not right for a four-star hotel. |

Not spectacular but very good value for money, at least withthe tariff I got Not for theprice I paid. The roof top bar could be a lot nicer to take advantage of the view. Instead it looks like something that hasnt been refurbished since the 60s |

The hotel is close to the shopping area but in the other direction it is a bit run down.The 17th floor bar area was a good way to relax at the end of the day and the views were splendid. The restaurant needs developing.We were the only persons eating there on the first evening .It therefor lacked atmosphere.The food was nothing special and the menu needs expanding.We have travelled extensively in Portugal and the menus in the hotel and in Porto generally were dull.It would be helpful to have a bit more tourist info available. |

La camera era all'11° piano e godeva di una vista splendida. L'hotel è molto pulito e possiede tutti i comfort. Fantastico il bar al 17° piano e il ristorante economicissimo al piano terra!! Non hanno una bilancia per pesare i bagagli!! :( |
