部屋を無料でアップグレードしてあり、とても快適にすごせました。 JSTVの視聴ができませんでした。ホテルからは、天候のためとの説明を受けました。 |

清掃が行き届いていてとても気持ちよくすごせました。 朝食がひどかったです。種類が少ないのは仕方ないのでしょうが、フルーツは用意して欲しかった。 オレンジジュースはファンタの炭酸抜きのような甘いものだったり、コーヒーは温い＆につまっていて美味しく- ありませんでした。 朝食だけが唯一の不満でした。 |

Clean, comfortable, good views from panoramic bar. Food in restaurant excellent. Good location for sight seeing & shopping. Restaurant far too small, over-crowded at breakfast, not always able to get in evening times which was a dissappointment. |

The strongest assets are the location, close to the metro station that connects all subway lines; also excellent views of the city (at least from the upper floors). The free internet office is also a plus. They definitely need to take better care of their plumbing. Several things did not work as they should have. It wasn't a disaster, but this is simply not right for a four-star hotel. |

Not spectacular but very good value for money, at least withthe tariff I got Not for theprice I paid. The roof top bar could be a lot nicer to take advantage of the view. Instead it looks like something that hasnt been refurbished since the 60s |

The hotel is close to the shopping area but in the other direction it is a bit run down.The 17th floor bar area was a good way to relax at the end of the day and the views were splendid. The restaurant needs developing.We were the only persons eating there on the first evening .It therefor lacked atmosphere.The food was nothing special and the menu needs expanding.We have travelled extensively in Portugal and the menus in the hotel and in Porto generally were dull.It would be helpful to have a bit more tourist info available. |

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Tuvimos una habitación triple muy espaciosa y cómoda. Volvería a este hotel Las ventanas no tienen doble acristalamiento por lo que a pesar de estar situado en una calle tranquila se nota algo de ruido |

Habitacion muy amplia, con mucho espacio. Situación céntrica, a unos 10-15' a pié máximo de cualquier parte del centro histórico de Oporto. Internet gratis utilizando el ordenador del hotel. Para el desayuno del primer día tuvimos que hacer cola demasiado tiempo, había que esperar que prepararan la mesa. El personal era amable pero claramente insuficiente para atender un número no muy elevado de huéspedes. El comedor pequeño para un hotel de esa categoría y tamaño. Es un fallo que no se comprende en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Varias veces todos los días nos quedábamos sin algún alimento (leche caliente, revuelto, bacon, etc.) y tardaban mucho tiempo en reponerlo. |

La ubicacion, el bar-mirador de la planta 17, y el personal de recepcion, muy dispuesto a atenderte en castellano. Las habitaciones eran poco mas que el cuarto de las escobas (al menos en las plantas 5 y 6), las camas no muy comodas, el baño pequeño, el suelo de moqueta daba poca confianza, y el comedor pequeño, de manera que habia colas de hasta 40 minutos en el desayuno. |
