Staff very kind and gave us all information we needed. Lovely to have a basket of fresh fruits plus a 1liter bottle of water on our arrival. Split air conditioning very silent. It´s a problem with the hotel but there´s a huge area under work/construction just a few meters which makes a lot of noise, dust and it was hard to reach the hotel by car with the streets blocked. |

We had a wonderful stay!! The hotel was well located..the metro satation was just walking distance and the shopping center EL CORTE INGLES is up the road. The staff were very friendly and helped us immensely to tour all round this beautiful city..The room was kept very clean & was very cosy and comfortable.The breakfast had a fantastic wide selection of food. We would definetely go back again!!! Everything was just perfect!! |

no fridge in rooms, if you ask front desk for a Cab, they will call a Limo (20 EUR) ride to Airport, call Cab yourself. |

Staff were not customer orientated, was told 6-person lift was full by bell hop as he and 2 other guests used it, reception told me that the booking.com rate was 20 euros more per night than on website - stand your ground as they are out to scam you |

Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées tous les jours; le petit déjeuné est complet;le personnel accueillant; arrivé tôt le matin nous avons eu accès a la chambre avant 14h ce qui fut très appréciable. |

La propreté dans l'hotel, le personnel, le rapport qualité prix, le petit déjeuner est trés bien. La vue de la chambre sur une terasse tres sale, le bruit quand les gens prennent leur douche, La baignoire veille mais propre, Important : Méfiez vous quand vous demandez un taxis à l'hotel, un pseudo taxi vous est présenté avec des prix quasi double d'un taxi normal (à négocier avant), une chose aussi en ce moment la station de métro la plus proche est en travaux et fermé, il faut marché 1km pour... |

Letzlich ist neben dem Preisfaktor die Lage/gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Metro-Station S. Sebastiao ist in < 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen) der Haupttrumpf Wie bereits von anderen Gästen erwähnt, wurden wir auch zwischen 5.00 und 6.00 Uhr vom einsetzenden Baulärm im Untergrund (neuer Metroabschnitt für die rote Linie) geweckt. Allerdings ist das nur ein befristeter Nachteil |
