The staff in reception made me feel welcome, i noticed that dining area staff and bar staff are happy in their work which helps to relax guests. I have now stayed at this hotel four times from 2008 -- 2009 . The hotel really should ´´ Dim ´´ the spotlights on the dance area which is by the poolside. This will enable shy guests to get up and dance as part of their whole ´´ Dom Pedro experience ´´ also the live musicians will not feel that all lights are focus on them . ´´ I speak as a guest and a musician and someone who likes to dance with my shy girlfriend . Howevwer this visit i was alone. |

Excellent position in resort for transport and shops. Good cleaning service. Good food in restaurant. Nice view from balcony, and majority of rooms had a reasonable view. Walls very thin so woken by noisy baby next door. Only one spare blanket for 2 beds and reception staff not prepared to get another one sent to room. |

Gute Ausgangslage um Funchal und die Insel kennenzulernen. Pool. nein, allerdings herrscht beim Frühstück eine gewisse Hektik, da das Hotel auch von Bussen angefahren wird. |

El día de mi cumpleaños recibí una botella de sidra y un cesto de fruta en la habitación. había reservado una cuna para el bebé y no estaba a nuestra llegada, la pusieron al día siguiente. la piscina interior estaba fría. el horario de la piscina. las vistas al mar, el mar estaba tan lejos que era ridículo decir que teníamos una habitación con vistas al mar. |

A localização atendendo ao meu interesse em não ficar alojado na cidade. A apresentação da promoção foi agradável. Não imaginei que fosse encontrar tão más condições. As condições dos quartos...remodelação dos quartos de banho(já não se usam chuveiros fixos). Não existem tomadas na casa de banho, nem um secador. Não existem mais tomadas para ligar por exemplo carregadores de telemóveis. Não deviam existir portas de comunicação entre os quartos.Não imaginei encontrar um tipo de alojamento tão mau na cadeia de hotéis aom Pedro. |

o serviço de quartos melhorar o pequeno almoço e a piscina interior deveria estar mais resguardada. Quem está na rece´pção está a ver as pessoas na piscina. Normalmente quem está na piscina gosta de alguma privacidade. A distância dos quartos ao restaurante é enorme! |
