I have stayed at the hotel 4 or 5 times and the standards are very high, the staff are polite and helpful, the public areas are peaceful and comfortable and the rooms are large, quiet and fitted out well. |

tower rooms have free spa and food at check in, they make you wait too long and then don't tell you about your free access to 19th floor lounge and spa. you havee to ask |

The Italian restaurant was excellent. The view from our suite was amazing, capturing most of the city. The check-in staff did not mention the Executive lounge on arrival. They also recommended one of the worst restauramts in Lisbon, where the food and service were dire. |

Loved the colour scheme in our room and we had a spectacular view over the city. As breakfast was not included, it was nice having access to the VIP room on the 19th floor. This also had a vibrant colour scheme and excellent view. The hotel itself is not in the old town and it was quite a walk to get there. All uphill on the way back! However we love walking and so , for us, that was not a problem. Alternativey, there is also a taxi rank outside the hotel and costs only about euro 5 to the old town. |

It was very good hotel. We enjoyed very much newyear's holiday.
Hevy rainy night,our room window was leaking. But they change more higher room. Sometime nobody at reception.That class of hotel need concierge most of time of the day. |
