La tranquillita e di trovarsi a proprio agio ,ordine,la sala e colazione ottima ordinata e attenzione del personale. Unica osservazione e consiglio ,per la connessione internet , sarebbe stata comodo averla in camera e non al piano terra ma va bene lo stesso e che ci si trova in viaggio sarebbe comodo .

Good location. Hotel staff could have been more accomodating. .Travel cots for babies very old and dirty.a 4 star hotel should have proper wooden cots available.buffet breakfast very poor with no fresh fruit.as we travelled with young baby should have been informed about late night outdoor nightclub nearby,very loud music most nights.paid well for sea view but hardly could see the sea,small balconies with very little sunshine.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, proximity to beach and marina Expected a five star hotel to have a kettle, some tea bags and milk in the room to make tea which is generally present in most hotels across Europe.

We loved the speed of check in, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and offered to get my wife a hot drink as she was suffering with a cold. The room was immaculate, the floor was polished to a high sign without been slippy. The beds were very comfortable giving us a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, something for everyone from fresh fruit, continental style and even an English breakfast. The waiting staff were attentive and made you feel very welcome. It was very close to the lovely marina in Villamoura, just a few minutes walk. In all we made a great choice for an overnight stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family

Stayed at the hotel for the Portugal Masters Golf tournament. Lovely hotel, excellent position for all purposes,golf,beach,bars and resteraunts. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and roomy. Expensive though if you eat and drink at the hotel.Plenty of choice around and about. Wi-fi was very poor, cant understand why it cant be signalled to the rooms as opposed to the lounge area only.

LOcation Because of the attraction of this hotel to golfers, sometimes behavior gets out of hand, drinking in pool, shouting at outside bar after midnight, could be better monitored

The hotel is near to the Marina and the sandy beach. The separate bedroom in the family suite with isolated air conditioning to the main room and good wardrobe space. There was a good breakfast choice available and price of dinner was competitive with other restaurants in the area of which there are many. Relaxing hotel lounge/bar area with good service and Wi-Fi Internet Connection (Free of Charge). No kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Use of the in-room safe is charged extra by the day, plus refundable deposit for the safe activation key. There are not enough sun loungers available during the day, plus there is an extra charge for the use of hotel towels in the pool area.

Location to Vilamoura Marina. Lovely staff, medium size hotel which was very personable. Liked pool, gardens and bar/snack area. Everything very clean. Rooms more than adequate - beds a little uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay and would return. Nothing - just the beds slightly uncomfortable, a bit 'wobbly'. Otherwise a clean well run hotel with lovely staff.

Used seating out by trhe pool for meetings. Quiet and discreet. Well positionnd for beach and harbour with good portuguese feel about it. Dinner service starts too late.
