バス停の目の前で便利な立地。４月の終わり、北欧系の中高年の宿泊客が多いようでした。こういうリゾートホ- テルに長期でゆっくり滞在できたら素敵ですね。

It was in a nice location very quiet and relaxing very close to the beach and only twenty minutes from Faro Airport

No iron or kettle in our room

The location is perfect. Have been to villamoura before so we knew the area. Hotel information very poor for those of us who did not want to meet their rep. Little about the facilities in the room.I only realised you could get towels five days into our trip!

Well, the Hotel seems to sit in a hollow crater because from six am onwards everyday the coaches and bin men etc would wake everyone. We did not get a full nights sleep once. There is another reason for that which is the paper thin walls between rooms! so when the golfers get up to go so do you! The request and payment for a sea view was a bit cheeky of them, you barely got the view! I have a suspicion that the seaview rooms were taken and that they chanced their arm with us. Still I could just see the harbour so could'nt have agrued the point. Expensive lesson. The Hot tub every one laughed at! There was barely a bubble. The Don is a bit jaded as Hotels go. The Managers on duty all need a lesson in customer relations. (Bar one!)

We travelled for my husbands birthday & got upgraded our room was amazing and he was over the moon! The staff we're extremely helpful. All round fantastic hotel!!!

Location good - beside beach, marina and restaurants shops etc. room was very comfortable. good breakfast

location is excellant,close to the beach, shops and night life, service is good, value for money.facilities are fine, 2 good pools for relaxation. nice garden for children,staff are very helpfull.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, great staff, good restaurant, location close to marina with all its restaurants and shops etc. and overall great value for money. Will return some time in the future

The balcony and view. Staff were mostly very pleasant, especially the bar staff. The restaurant staff were also good with the exception of one girl.

very quite. great facilities for the golfer.. this is our third time staying here and will be back again. rooms could do with tea making facilities

breakfast could be better....eggs are terrible. but overall its ok. would not class it as a 4 star hotel.
