Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam-ook taalvaardig omdat iedereen Engels spreekt. ontbijtbuffet prima. mooi zwembad, helaas te fris. gezellige lounche

Jammer van de onfrisse geur in de badkamer. Eerst meende wij dat dit kwam door droogstaande sifons van bad, wastafel, en/of bidet. Na daar water in gedaan te hebben bleek dit toch niet de kwaal te verhelpen. Na wat doorluchten verdween de geur wel. Ook (dit is echt een klein detail) de plastic bevestiging van de kleerhangers aan de roede zijn uitgesleten waardoor de hangers regelmatig met kleding op de grond vallen. Ook jammer van het lawaai en stof door de werken aan de weg. Dit is u natuurlijk niet te verwijten. Het zal tijdelijk zijn en het zal allemaal heel mooi worden als het klaar is. Jaccuzzi (vw locatie - te fris in dit jaargetij), restaurant was niet aantrekkelijk, geen sfeer, geen publiek, drankenprijzen minibar en bar zijn erg hoog.

Great location, clean good sized rooms, value for money

A little bit old fashioned, no views of sea or marina, no balcony with family suites.

We loved the speed of check in, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and offered to get my wife a hot drink as she was suffering with a cold. The room was immaculate, the floor was polished to a high sign without been slippy. The beds were very comfortable giving us a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, something for everyone from fresh fruit, continental style and even an English breakfast. The waiting staff were attentive and made you feel very welcome. It was very close to the lovely marina in Villamoura, just a few minutes walk. In all we made a great choice for an overnight stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family

Stayed at the hotel for the Portugal Masters Golf tournament. Lovely hotel, excellent position for all purposes,golf,beach,bars and resteraunts. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and roomy. Expensive though if you eat and drink at the hotel.Plenty of choice around and about.

Wi-fi was very poor, cant understand why it cant be signalled to the rooms as opposed to the lounge area only.

The hotel is near to the Marina and the sandy beach. The separate bedroom in the family suite with isolated air conditioning to the main room and good wardrobe space. There was a good breakfast choice available and price of dinner was competitive with other restaurants in the area of which there are many. Relaxing hotel lounge/bar area with good service and Wi-Fi Internet Connection (Free of Charge).

No kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Use of the in-room safe is charged extra by the day, plus refundable deposit for the safe activation key. There are not enough sun loungers available during the day, plus there is an extra charge for the use of hotel towels in the pool area.

Location to Vilamoura Marina. Lovely staff, medium size hotel which was very personable. Liked pool, gardens and bar/snack area. Everything very clean. Rooms more than adequate - beds a little uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay and would return.

Nothing - just the beds slightly uncomfortable, a bit 'wobbly'. Otherwise a clean well run hotel with lovely staff.
