the friendly atmostphere - efficiency of staff the room we requested we got which was good so near to all amenities including beach and restaurants we hired a car and were advised that the hotel had a small carpark for parking but we had no problem there were always a few free spaces which was good as you do have to pay when parking on the road during the day

Dom Pedro is in excellent location. Within walking distance beach, marina, bars & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great location for golf marina on doorstop for night life restraunts great value!

This hotel is so easy. It is well situated with immediate access to all the delights, stores, restaurants, bars and cafes of the Vilamoura Marina, a 1 minute walk to a gorgeous sandy beach, and not to far to golf courses to which the hotel can arrange transport. The reception team are helpful and do all they can to make your stay a pleasant one. There is ample variety and quantity in the breakfast buffet. The rooms, although a little dated, are spotless and should you require extra bedding it is immediately brought to you.

Parking in the hotel grounds is limited, it works on a first come first served basis so if you are staying during busy times - weekends, peak period etc. you either have to park early or park in the street where fees are payable from 9am until midnight 7 days a week - a nuisance if you sleep in as the parking wardens do issue tickets.

Expected a five star hotel to have a kettle, some tea bags and milk in the room to make tea which is generally present in most hotels across Europe.

The hotel is ready for a complete reform

The hotel is near to the Marina and the sandy beach. The separate bedroom in the family suite with isolated air conditioning to the main room and good wardrobe space. There was a good breakfast choice available and price of dinner was competitive with other restaurants in the area of which there are many. Relaxing hotel lounge/bar area with good service and Wi-Fi Internet Connection (Free of Charge).

No kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Use of the in-room safe is charged extra by the day, plus refundable deposit for the safe activation key. There are not enough sun loungers available during the day, plus there is an extra charge for the use of hotel towels in the pool area.
