Everything was absolutelty fine! From bellboy and receptionist's assistance to the location, food etc! Very nice hotel! the only things to be advised are 1.) chairs for the guests on the reception are too low to feel that you are the Guest and person on another side of table is reseptionist. For high level hotels it is necessary to show maximum respect to each Guest even he is tall or low :) 2.) was surprised to found hairdryer only on departure when was checking to put all my personal things to my bag. It was inside the chest of drawers ander tv-screen, but was expected to be found in the bathroom on arrival :)

Só pemaneci no hotel uma semana, mas gostei muito do hotel. Tem o requinte e a elegancia de outros tempos, mas com toda a moderndade agora necessária. Não tive qualquer razão de queixa.

Location and accessibility to amenities Breakfast good Friendly staff Rooms dated. Beverages ridiculously expensive. Towel system annoying. Reception staff gave many replacement keys to a 7 year old child for all 3 of our rooms.

De locatie is uitstekend. Faciliteiten ook goed, zoals zwembad en prive-strand De kamer is niet up-to-date. Douche in bad met plastic gordijn tegen spetteren; ouderwets!. Verder, slechts één wastafel, terwijl het een tweepersoons kamer is. Bovendien is de badkamer vrij klein. Badlakens kunnen met kaarten worden verkregen aan een balie bij het zwembad, maar degene die achter de balie moet staan, staat er vaak niet en dus is het wachten geblazen. Ook bij het inleveren van de badlakens staat de "badman" er vaak niet en moet je dus wachten tot iemand van het personeel hem gevonden heeft; als je de lakens laat liggen zonder de badman gezien te hebben, krijg je de kaartjes niet terug op straffe van € 10,--, zo staat het in de regels van het hotel. Of die regel ook werkelijk wordt toegepast weet in niet, ik heb dat risico niet genomen en braaf gewacht op de badman. Ik vind het hotel geen vijf sterren waard op grond van het bovenstaande. De normale tweepersoons kamers zijn echt gedateerd en behoorlijk aan de prijs: voor acht nachten € 1.700,--. Er zijn ook luxere kamers, maar die zijn helemaal niet te betalen voor een persoon met een normaal salaris. Dona Filipa kan ik wel aanbevelen aan reizigers met een ruim gevulde beurs die een luxere kamer kunnen betalen.

Price of the golf on one of the best golf courses in Europe! The hotel is a bit 'tired'. The bathrooms are basic and in need of refurbishment.
