Excellent facilities. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. An easy walk to the old part of the city. Wi-fi ok in the main reception area.

The general mood of the place. The rooms are spacious and confortable.

Not having free wifi in the room. For almost 50€ a night, I think it should be included. Also a simple breakfast could be a part of the fee. Something that isn't of great importance, but the design of the bathroom could be a bit more up to the standard of the room.

The hotel facilities are really good. The rooms are big and confortable.

The wi-fi connection is terrible. Both the payed and the free one just doesn't work most of the time. The hotel is also a bit far from the main touristic attractions, but that's not really a huge issue since you can get there with a longer walk (about 20-30 mim) or take a taxi.

Hotel gives an excellent impression (functional and modern); has all required equipment (AC; minibar); food (incl. breakfast) very good (ask for gambas flambées!); some of the staff members are very competent and helpful; free parking;

some of the room equipments need better maintenance (sink; toilet;)

Nice clean friendly hotel

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean.

WE had booked the hotel as it said on the site it had gym and this was not the case. Very disappointed as this was the main reason we booked it. The breakfast food was not very fresh or much variety.

- The choice for breakfast was not varied very much - There was a bit of noise from the corridors - Paid internet in the rooms (but rather cheap)

The restaurant is very good. Pedro is very good waiter and give us very good suggestions. Hotel is near to Coimbra University and the parking is for free. O restaurante é excelente. O garçom Pedro é muito solicito e sempre dar boas sugestões. O Hotel é próximo a Universidade de Coimbra e o parking é gratuito

Pay for having access to internet is not admissible these days :( É inadmissível que nos dias de hoje se cobre internet além da tarifa do hotel

The hotel room and bathroom were very modern and clean. The breakfast was above average. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Put on your walking shoes and enjoy!

Need to improve restaurant dinner menu. Limited and quality not equal to price.

Hotel was modern and reasonably priced. Free private parking. Restaurant was good value, with nice food. Walking distance from the centre.

No free wi-fi in the rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent design everywhere. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Tasty food and reasonable prices at the hotel restaurant. It's 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. The hotel is really worth staying at.

Breakfast was nothing special

Excelent Price / Quality relation. The hotel has been very recently refurbished and looks and feels more like an excellent 4 star than just a 3 star hotel.

Internet in room is not free. WiFi in public areas on level zero is free, but did not work on the first day of our stay. I complained about an annoying knocking noise coming from the bath. Probably bad plumbing. It could have been trapped air in one of the pipes. I complained about it just before we set out for our first day of sightseeing. I was assured that maintenance will take care of the problem. However, when we got back in the evening, the knocking noise was still there. Beware of room 422.

The desk-staff were extremely helpful & friendly, well-dressed and and professional. Dining was very good, wide choice and good staff. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The room facilities were also very good, though the decor was rather dark - that plus the eco-friendly illumination levels in both room & corridors made it feel a little gloomy. The availability of underground parking (albeit at a reasonable charge) was much appreciated for tourists with a vehcle. Thank you, Dona Inez - the nicest of our 6 hotels on our trip.

Location was quiet, but was also about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Other eating places were perhaps 15 minutes walk.

Good-looking hotel, clean, underground parking.

WiFi haven't working, only after realizing that public free WiFi spot can't be fixed quickly, receptionist proposed free of charge access paid WiFi network.

Friendly helpful staff, nice design of the rooms and general hotel area - nice pool, bar and dining area. The rooms are comfortable, modern and well equipped. I work for an airline and stay at many hotels and was gladly surprised by the quality of this one in particular. I chose it mainly for the good reviews on the staff and location and can definitely support them.

It's a short walk to the centre, but considering the evem more central options this is by far better, working in the hotels - and travellers – advantage. No place to hang the towels in our room or any policy of reusage of towels the following day to protect the environment - a tiny detail, but then again one to focus in order to improve a little further.

Some rooms have older equipment in the W.C.s, but nothing to worry about, unless, as happend in my case, you can hear a drop of water, in the toilet, every second during the night; solution: had to close W.C.'s door.

Pool and big pillow to take the sun!!!!!! :)

Very small room poor breakfast location (in the middle of nowhere) but at least close to Evorà by car
