The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre considering the price. The hotel provides a reasonable breakfast and parking for the price and I would recommend it as a good place to stay for a city break. The lady who checked us in was exceedingly efficient! |

Location close to the city and airport is the only advantage of the hotel. The rooms are not comfortable, hard beds, noise on floors. I had to ask several times co-guests to be quiet and not to disturb.The neighbourhood of the area is kind of strange and looks dangerous to foreigners. If I had known this before I would never choose this hotel. Quality of breakfast served is very low-key. |

Rooms smelled like smoke and they would only spray air freshener to try to mask it. The a/c was broken and just ran the fan. |

the receptionist/barman on the night shift was sooo lovely we a a gr8 chat with him bless him he works hard!The price was fair for a 3 star and it was lovely and clean and also not far from the metro |

Proximity to downtown tourist attractions and transport system. Night desk clerk "Albert" extremely helpful. Room very musty, bad odour on entry. Got better after windows left open for some time and after bathroom was used. |

The room was clean and the hotel is close to the underground. The hotel is very old fashioned. Breakfast is very basic. The room was very noisy (motor of air-conditionned system on a terrasse). The parking is very narrow. |

The hotel was very nicely decorated, the staff helpful, but it is situated in not a very nice area of Lisbon. There were no plugs in the bathroom so people cannot have a bath. We had to move rooms at 1am because water and other things were coming up from behind the bidet and flooding the bathroom.Not to be used again or recommended. |

The price and the location. It's accessible to public transportation. The Staff are outstanding. They are vey helpful. The breakfast is very limited, it was advertise as buffet breakfast but it's more of a continental. |

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Location is not bad and is perhaps a 20 minute walk to one of the main tourist areas and right on the tram line which provided easy access to the castle, museums, galleries, cathedrals, etc. Room was spotless. Location is just a tiny bit dodgy, but likely only a risk if you were walking late at night. We felt perfectly fine and safe during the day/early evening. |

El hotel no esta nada mal teniendo en cuenta que estamos en Portugal y que un 3 estrellas de aqui es como un hotel de una sola estrella en España. Tiene parking privado aunque es algo estrecho, pero es gratuito y esta muy bien. Tambien hay una parada de metro muy cerca y llegas al centro en poco tiempo. El desayuno estuvo bien, no habia gran variedad pero lo que habia estaba muy bien. El parking es algo estrecho, pero es gratuito. El wifi es de pago. |
