Hotel Anjos  

The staffs were polite, the hotel clean and quiet, breakfast quite rich, close to all sightseeings, near the metro, pastry and supermarket LIDL nearby, free WIFI available. Good to stay for exploring the city.

Internet connection available only in the reception (if having the own PC), no signal in the room. WIFI paid if using the hotel's PC.

There were two beds in room. One was not cleaned. I used the second one. The breakfast was very simple. Around the hotel seems very dangerous but there is police. I feared but didn't live anything. If you have not a car and have another option choose the other one.

The breakfast was awesome! Helpful staff! Near the Metro line!

Didn't like the wifi password change everyday. Hotel wasn't near shopping or dining. Area was a rough.

If you are going out during the night then you might feel unsafe in the area around that hotel.

Excellent location and value. 2 blocks from Ramiro's Cerveceria - best sea food in the world! 20 minutes easy walk to the city center, and 20 minutes easy drive to the airport. Do not google how to drive there, you'll get lost on the hills of old city! Just off the corner of Ave. Amirante Reis.

Scary looking, but safe neighborhood. Free but very tight steep garage - if not an expert on stick-shift, you'll damage car!!!

Free parking, warm rooms, nice brackfast. Good hotel for few nights stay. Not far away form the city center (15 min) and Metro is near.

Room 209 had very good internet connection, but during next stay at 207 room I can`t use it. Strange?!

The break fast not good

Good location, 2 minutes walking from metro station (Intende) or the tram station, the room are quite OK, not very big, but enough spaces, very clean, the bathroom is clean. Is located close to downtown, quiet area. On the main street, near the hotel, there are some good restaurants (sea foods).

The location was unique in the old city across from a haunted building

Very hard to find had a taxi guide me three for 6 euros

It's only 5 km from the Airport and 2 min walk from Metro station Intendente - so location is fine.

It looks like criminal discrict - deserted and full of unfriendly looking African people. We were scared to walk around in in the evening.

As above , our room was on the street side with all day sun . Which was great HOWEVER the airconditioning system was very poor which made it impossible to return mid afternoon for siesta and it was unconfortably hot at night to sleep. If this was remedied , the hotel for its affordability with staff friendly and helpful would rate a 9.5 .

The only thing good about this place was the amazing laundry across the road and the great Indian restaurant up the street

The staff were less than helpful the pillows were rock hard and the wifi didn't work even though we were told for 3 days it was repaired

The room was big, clean and comfortable. They have 24 hour reception and the staff is helpful.

The location is bad. They're very close to a metro station, but most attractions are like 20-30 minutes walt from the hotel. And near the hotel I saw people completly durnk in the street, using drugs and even fighting. The breakfast is very dissapointing (just one kind of cheap ham and cheap cheese, no eggs and only a few fruits.

Value for money, especially considering free parking place

Everything looks and feels dated and cheap, while failing to look comfortable or cozy or stylish.

Good price for good accommodation including free secure parking.

The area was a bit shabby, but then we thought the whole of Lisbon was shabby!
