kaikki toimi moitteettomasti, kielitaito sekä palvelualttius hyvää jälkeenpäin ajatellen, olisin toivonut heidän informoivan minua TAP:n lentäjien lakosta, joka viivästytti paluutani Suomeen päivällä. |

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Loistava sijainti; metro vieressä, mutta myös kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Siistit, tilavat huoneet. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. |

Hyvä sijainti vaikka ympäristö ei ensi silmäyksellä oikein antanut oikeaa kuvaa. Käsitys muuttuu kun oppii lisää Lissabonista! Ystävällinen henkilökunta, puhtaus ja kulkuyhteydet saisivat minut valitsemaan tämän hotellin uudelleenkin. Aamiainen on aika vaisu mutta lienee maan tapa. Kyllä sillä puoleen päivään kuitenkin hyvin pärjää! |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located approx. 20 min. walk from the citycentre and very close to the metro-station. My room was in a lousy condition. Room had 4 lamps of which 2 did not work. The drawer on the dresser was broken off. Really old and lousy interior. Window as thin as paper and lots of noise from the street. Not a nice neighborhood. Did not feel comfortable going out alone at night. |

Very good location, very kind and helpful staff.The hotel was clean and quiet.The parking is an advantage in a city like Lisbon.The breakfast was OK..Definitely, the hotel is not luxurios but good to value your money. The parking is very tight, but if you are lucky, you can find a parking lot outside, on the street.The furniture is old and it should be changed.The coffee was very bad. |

The staff here spoke excellent English and was very helpful to us in arranging a rental car. On our return stay, the air conditioner did not work. |

staff was very nice, helping when we had questions (about the city, transportation, etc...)We could also leave our luggage over there after checking out the room, so that we could enjoy the city a bit more ! |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The most important: hotel has a free parking and is very close to the metro station (and two metro strations from the city centre). It is possible to eat cheap and good close to the hotel. I would definitely come back to the same place. Obviosly you cannot expect luxuries for this price. |

The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre considering the price. The hotel provides a reasonable breakfast and parking for the price and I would recommend it as a good place to stay for a city break. The lady who checked us in was exceedingly efficient! |

Location close to the city and airport is the only advantage of the hotel. The rooms are not comfortable, hard beds, noise on floors. I had to ask several times co-guests to be quiet and not to disturb.The neighbourhood of the area is kind of strange and looks dangerous to foreigners. If I had known this before I would never choose this hotel. Quality of breakfast served is very low-key. |

Rooms smelled like smoke and they would only spray air freshener to try to mask it. The a/c was broken and just ran the fan. |
