Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located approx. 20 min. walk from the citycentre and very close to the metro-station. My room was in a lousy condition. Room had 4 lamps of which 2 did not work. The drawer on the dresser was broken off. Really old and lousy interior. Window as thin as paper and lots of noise from the street. Not a nice neighborhood. Did not feel comfortable going out alone at night. |

Very good location, very kind and helpful staff.The hotel was clean and quiet.The parking is an advantage in a city like Lisbon.The breakfast was OK..Definitely, the hotel is not luxurios but good to value your money. The parking is very tight, but if you are lucky, you can find a parking lot outside, on the street.The furniture is old and it should be changed.The coffee was very bad. |

The staff here spoke excellent English and was very helpful to us in arranging a rental car. On our return stay, the air conditioner did not work. |

staff was very nice, helping when we had questions (about the city, transportation, etc...)We could also leave our luggage over there after checking out the room, so that we could enjoy the city a bit more ! |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The most important: hotel has a free parking and is very close to the metro station (and two metro strations from the city centre). It is possible to eat cheap and good close to the hotel. I would definitely come back to the same place. Obviosly you cannot expect luxuries for this price. |

The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre considering the price. The hotel provides a reasonable breakfast and parking for the price and I would recommend it as a good place to stay for a city break. The lady who checked us in was exceedingly efficient! |

Personnel très chaleureux et aimable Le quartier dans lequel il est situé n'est pas rassurant, il vaut mieux prendre le métro pour y aller le soir. La chambre était très propre mais les serviettes dans la salle de bains étaient visiblement assez vieilles (trouées parfois) bien que propres. Il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la TV mais ça ne pose pas de problème. |

Hay un recepcionista de mediana edad por la tarde/noche que es muy simpático y atento. Muy buena relación calidad precio y un trato correcto por parte del personal. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito y está cerca del centro, además tiene la parada del metro y tranvía al lado. En la zona próxima al hotel y de noche hay un ambiente algo raro. El zumo del desayuno es bastante malo. |

Relación calidad precio estupenda, el personal muy amable, tiene parking (un tema muy importante si utilizas coche), está bien situado (para de metro al lado del hotel) y en dos estaciones de metro estás en el centro, limpio... El desayuno es corriente, faltaría algo de zumo de mayor calidad (es como tang), más fruta y algo más de variedad de bollería. Por lo demás, puedo recomendarlo para la gente que no sea muy exigente (no deja de ser un hotel modesto) |
