Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra. 100 metrów od stacji metra. Dobra obsługa i przyjazny i pomocny personel. Jak na 3 gwiazdki wyposażenie samego hotelu i pokoi słabe. Ogólny stan hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadania jak na polskie gusta bardzo skromne. |

najlepszym aspektem pobytu w tym hotelu jest jego polozenie w samym sercu Lizbony.skad mozna pieszo odwiedzic wszystkie atrakcje portugal.stolicy zarowno zabytki,muzea a przy tym zrobic zakupy,gdyz handlowe centrym jest tuz (Baixa). Pokoj byl bardzo maly,zapewne ze wzgl.na typ zabudowy,ale to co budzilo najwiekszy niesmak to jakosc serwowanych sniadan,bardzo monotonnych.Personel moglby sie czesciej usmiechac! |

Centralne położenie umożliwiające wygodne zwiedzanie miasta z bardzo dobrym dostępem do komunikacji. Bardzo słabe śniadanie, ciasnota pokoi, które znacznie odbiegają od zdjęć na folderze oraz hałas. |

Bliskość do metra i różnych atrakcji turystycznych. Recepcjoniści symptyczni, ale niezbyt pomocni (ponoć mają blokadę internetu). Wyposażenie pokoju to zbieranina sprzętów z różnych epok. Zamiast kołdry zawinięty w prześcieradło koc. Drzwi nie izolują w ogóle od dźwięków z zewnątrz. Łazienka wielkości 1,5x2m. Całość domaga się remontu. Śniadanie ubogie- płatki, mleko, bułki zwykłe+słodkie, dżem, masło, tani ser topiony i napoje-codziennie to samo. |

Good location, easy acces, good mattresses small but good bathroom with toilet and shower/bath. Clean. Good help from the reception. Breakfast was very cheap and minimal. It could be improved a lot without much extra costs. A bit noisy (noises from other rooms, especially from above). A bit small. Rooms without bathroom facilities are awful. Claustrophobic small and without windows. |

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The best point about the hotel is the location. Could not be more central and accessible Breakfast was not great and noise from the street impacted sleeping. |

I liked that it is located in the main shopping district of Lisbon. Further this Hotel offers great value for money, the furnature is dated but the the Hotel itself is kept very clean. |

Excellent location, right in the center of Lisboa, easily accessible. We had a room at the street side and slept with open windows without disturbing noise. We had booked a room with facilities, which wasn't available the first night due to unforeseen circumstances but the staff handled this very correctly, giving us the option of 1 night in a room without facilities at reduced price of a room with facilities in another hotel of the same category. No airco in the room, so it's probably extremely hot in the summer |

Perfect localization in the center of Lisbon, and nice old building. Breakfast (completely nothing to eat), molding bathrooms, doors that are thin and don't fit the frames, you can hear everything on the whole floor. Rooms on the last floor, below the roof are very small and claustrophobic. |

The location is excellent! Nice view from our balcony towards Baixa and Bairro Alto. Nice and helpful staff. Good value for money, probably will come back. The breakfast was really poor, both the quality and the choice! Our toilet/shower room was very narrow, not for tall people. |

The central location was ideal and the facility was well-maintained. In addition, the staff was very informative and professional. Some of the rest/bathrooms were a bit small and difficult to maneuver in. |

good location to get to metro or other forms of transport - or to walk to different tourist locations, friendly front desk staff the bathroom smelled like a sewer - it was awful and even with the door shut and windows open it was still bad, the shower was very small and the 'double' bed was two single beds pushed together. It was very hot and no AC. Also, along the streets near the hotel there are tons of people selling drugs that approach you to buy them. |

We booked a double room with a bathroom. It was a tiny room with extremely small bathroom, there was no space for personal belongings, poor breakfasts, shower gel/shampoo not provided unlike in other 3 star hotels. |
