Allt var som vanligt jättebra (fjärde gången på detta hotell). Hotellfrukosten.Men den måste man ju inte ha när det finns eget kök. |

Hotellpersonal var väldigt snäll, parkeringplats var ok, hotellbuss till och från centrum, dem är hjälpsamma på allting, jag tycker bra om dem, tak så mycket. |

The staff were most helpful with some of the business activities I needed to conduct. Parking was adequate and the view from the balcony was great. The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs. |

Good location, big supermarket 100 m, bus stop to city center 50 m, possibility to have a room with nice sea vue (if you pay for it - room xx7). Big apartment At check-in they request that you pay all the stay, what I disagreed. They say is hotel policy with booking reservations. I will never stay there again..Far from city center (need to take a bus, 10-15 m trip).. Apartment is a bit old but usable |

I think, that this accommodation can’t be rate as *** hotel. There is very old and used furniture. The staff was unfriendly. |

The reception staff were very helpful and polite. The restaurant and food were extremely well presented and the staff very efficient. Menus were varied and competitively priced. As this was a special occasion for us our son contacted the hotel and requested a sea view room which reception were able to arrange. Ideally the bathroom should be updated. |

The room was cleaned every day, The staff in Duas Torres was very helpfull and friendly,Prefect location: very close to shopping centre, 50 metres away bus stop, 25min walk to town and marina and Amazing Atlantic Viev from our room.Thank You Very Much!!! The matress could be more comfortable |

Free parking and courtesy bus into Funchal centre. Bathroom was a little dirty. Twin beds could not be moved together. |

We hade a wonderful view from our room. The pool service was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The closeness of the grocery store. The great walk into Funchal. We were unable to get an English speaking T.V. channel other than B.B.C. news orCNN |

Locations is good.Comfort is good. Food is fine.Good carparking.Staff exellent. Plumbing is disaster. Was on 5.floor. Heard if somone took shower or used the toilet on upper floor.= not good. |

Friendly staff, excellent pool and bar, quality restauarant and the courtesy bus to the town centre. Stunning views, a shopping mall and supermarket opposite and plenty of restaurants nearby. Amazing value for money. Airport bus stops right outside. |

A great place to stay. My second time already. Rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped (kitchenette a big plus), and the sea view, if you get one, is wonderful. Courtesy bus to town, and bus stop 50 metres from the hotel. Supermarket across the street. The only minor thing is the noise of chair legs scrathing against the floor (which is really quite loud, sometimes hearing it from the above room woke me up). |

The staff were very helpful especially Ilena (hope name spelt correctly) who was always very friendly and pleasant and gave us a very nice room overlooking the sea. Good to be able to prepare meals in our room |
