- Staff was VERY helpfull and polite and friendly - Location of the Hotel was good - There were not a lot of noices - Other custoners were well behaved - Generally prices were low

- Bed was guite unconvenient

the location is fantastic, the staff is attentive, the rooms with side view are incredible

very poor sound proofind between levels even in the refurbished floors, as I could hear any sound or words people from above were making

this was are second stay and will be back next year

The location is great. We stayed on the 11th (top) floor, the sea view was beautiful! Across street there is a nice shopping center, we found all the things we needed there. Staffs were quite helpful, especially Helena, she really knows Madeira and things which are useful for travelers. The old grey hair cleaning lady did her job very nicely. Special thanks to them! I think I might stay there again when I revisit Madeira.

There is no internet connection in the room, only WIFI in the lobby. Mattresses were too old and sunken. During windy nights the noise of wind was coming from every where and the room was quite cold. Breakfast was not as good as the previous review stated, not much difference everyday, I skipped my breakfast for a day just for change.

A big room,good location,daily clean.

The hotel is close to a cliff walk. It is easy to get into the city on the bus, which stops just outside the hotel. Because of the friendly staff and cosmopolitan clientele, some of whom were staying for extended periods, the hotel felt much better than other 3 star hotels we have stayed in.

Snack not available mid afternoon in beach bar, but no problem as cafes easily accessible across the road from the hotel.

Nice staff, close to shopping and public transport.

The kitchen could have been better equipped - ex deep plates for cereal.and a coffee machine or waterboiler. Free WiFi in the apartment and poolarea would have been nice.

Excellent location, easily accessible by rental car from airport, and parking available. Just over the road from shopping centre with big supermarket, so easy to self cater. Great view of the sea. Quiet. Nice swimming pool. Great value for money. Friendly receptionists.

Hotel is perfectly located on the rocks in the first line of buildings. Full ocean view. Shopping mall and bus stop less than 100 meters. Good breakfasts.

Bath towels could be fresher.

We were enjoying every moment! First of all - perfect ocean view and location - it was perfect!!!!!There is a bus stop nearby, Forum Madeira, and beaches (free and paid). Room was perfectly clean (clean towels and even tabelware was washed up every day,even when we forgot do it)

The hotel is very nice! Big rooms, amazing view from the window, good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, room has a kitchen and is really big as a flat. Big balcony, we really enjoyed it. Beach is not so near but Funchal has just a few beaches. Small beach with swimming pool is nearby and also beach Formosa is in 10-15 minutes walking good restaurant in the hotel very nice sea view

No wifi in the room for the phone, only for pc but in the end we enjoyed it, it was too much internet in our lifes before :)

For the rest in Madeira this hotel one of the best:real money for service,very good location on the bord of ocean,good service for the room,pool. The comersial centre with big supermarket(Forum Madeira) is two hundred meters from hotel.The room-apartments it is enough big and good equiped.

Room was comfortable and clean the only thing was toilet had a constant bad smell. Had to keep door always closed. The pool area was nice and locatiOn was perfect the hotel is Peacel

Staff very friendly. I forgot my home keys when returning home, and they were swiftly mailed back to me after a single email, at no additional cost! Very good service! The restaurant was superb, very good food at a reasonable price.

The hotel was perfect for us because, we were visiting family so we wanted a self cattering hotel. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with views out to sea from our balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast. Also just across the road was the Madeira Forum which had all the shops , cafes, and a great supermarket for all our needs. The walk into Funchal took about 40 minutes. Plus the hotel is right by the costal path to walk to Lido one way & Camer do Lobes the othetr way of which we done both. We will defirnately stay here again.

Dobrá cena,poloha hotelu,výhled na moře.

La gentillesse de l'accueil de la réception. Plusieurs services à porter de main. La chambre ou plutôt le studio vue partielle sur mer est grand et la vue formidable. Hôtel calme avec piscine et jacuzzi extérieurs. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec une très bonne qualité des pains.

L'eau de la piscine était un peu froide et la jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas; on avait que l'eau chaude à 34°. La déco de l'hôtel est un peu désuet mais très fonctionnel. Attention, remontée de mauvaises odeurs de la tuyauterie de la salle de bain.

Ve srovnání se zkušenostmi z jiných hotelů v řadě zemí (i na Madeiře - hotely Moniz Sol a Orca Praia) neuvěřitelně ubohá nabídka snídaně. Je to sice oproti ostatním dojmům z pobytu na Madeiře malichernost, ale když se ptáte, tak se o tom zmiňuji.

la habitacion ha tenido una cocina. Habia mucha luz y una terraza con vistas al mar. Puedes caminar desde el hotel a restaurantes y tiendas.

no tenia wifi en la habitacion, pero habia en la recepcion. Estaba muy contento alli.
