The apartment was very clean and well located with a fabulous view to the harbour. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beatriz. She made us feel at home the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this hotel because of it's location, cleanliness, and security. |

The place was very nice, clean and well located. Staff was great check in & out was eazy. The location is noises. Inside a shopping mall the function hall, Disco and construction work echoed. The noise.....disco, function hall (loud music) till four am, three nights out of six and construction work in next unit all day. Noise echos throughtout the mall and attached condo units. |

The hotel was in the heart of the city, providing a central location from which to explore. Yet it was very private. It also had fabulous views of the harbor and we loved watching the moon go down over the water. It doesn't have a phone, so a cell phone would be necessary if you want to make calls. |

The apartment was very clean and the location excellent. Looked exactly like the pictures on the internet. Would highly reccommend it to people who like self catering. Beds were a bit hard but soon got used to them. There was no oven, only hob and microwave but didn't cause a problem as local restaurants were excellent. |

En general todo. El duplex como alojamiento es fantástico! no le falta nada. Su ubicación es, casi diría, inmejorable y por supuesto que si realizamos en un futuro otras vacaciones a Ponta Delgada, sabemos dónde debemos de alojarnos. En absoluto, todo estaba correcto y la atención del personal de administración ha sido muy cordial en especial la Srta. Beatriz Medeiros. |

Hyvä sijainti, viihtyisä ja laadukas asunto mielenkiintoisella satamanäkymällä. Lyhyt matka kaupungin keskustan nähtävyyksiin. Henkilökunta hyvin palvelualtista. Lähin supermarket ja kahviloita samassa rakennuksessa. Asunnon varustelutaso hyvä. Asunto kahdessa kerroksessa, alakerrassa ei ollut vessaa eikä peiliä. |

Não é um hotel. São apartamentos alugados a turistas. As acomodações são boas e a localização também, mas não espere nada mais do que isso. |

het is wel degelijk een appartement, zonder hotel-faciliteiten, maar zeer degelijk, modern. Kook en was-mogelijkheid. zeer mooi uitzicht op de jachthaven.Gelegen in en boven een winkelcentrum, maar dit is niet storend. |

Tivemos um acolhimento muito caloroso, quase familiar. Das duas varandas tinhamos uma vista maravilhosa sobre a marina. Integrado num centro comercial tinhamos tudo à mão. Foi muito bom. |
