As an apartment to stay with a kitchen should have like cleaning products to wash the dishes or if there is some accident like napkins to clean in the moment. The dishwasher does not work without detergent. If I have a lunch I have no plates for the dinner. The shower was a bit dirty too.

villa was brilliant very clean lots room very stylish would defo go back with my family lovely complex very looked after staff very friendly

reastaurant staff were not very helpfull felt rushed at meals times and kept running out of food and cups so coffee was in plastic cup

We loved the size of the appartments

This year the rooms were not cleaned properly and the food we were served was cold

Nice hotel, with facilities, but housekeeping is not up to standard.

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but there are no dishwasher tablets and even, no dishwasher liquid . Rubbish bin was emptied only once a week. No mop or broom either.

Eden resort was not originally our first resort we stayed in as a family. We was originally staying at a different hotel and after 3 days of staying there decided it was no place for a child or family food and room was unacceptable hygiene was poor. However when arrived at eden resort we felt very much at home with a warm welcoming and great living facilty brilliant food and cleanliness was exceptional. Highly recommended saved our holiday!

Night time entertainment and bar was poor very limited space after unless seats were reserved earlly.

honestly nothing, no the pools were great but too cold, not their fault, staff very nice and helpful which was the only redeeming quality, i have stayed all inclusive on many occasions but this took the bscuit. the couches in the apartment were fithy easily remedied with a throw but they werent covered, the snacks that were all in were burgers and hotdogs between 11 - 12 morning and 4 - 5 evening, one drink at a time per person which mant i had to go the bar myself my husband couldnt get it, the barman on the third nite was downing enough drink behind the bar for everyone, then the bar was closed because of the rain which meant you had to go into the restaurant and you had t que to give your room number in case you were going in for seconds, a joke i will go out of my way to tell people to tay away from it 1,500 for 2 adults and 2 child in october and that was just the eden resort,

Two pools were closed which we were not informed of prior to our stay. Only one restaurant was available with awful food aimed at those on the all inclusive package.there was only one grubby attempt at a bar with torn stools and garden furniture which needed mob control from 4:00 each day when the all inclusive food and drink started .THe staff were rude and unfriendly and I will not repeat what I overheard the barmaid refer to the all inclusive guests as,suffice to say she did not care who overhear .We had to pay 105 extra for four days in the kids club ,with a very disjointed timetable 2 hours in morning and two and a half in the afternoon .The schedule which sounded hugely impressive ranging from gymnastics,pool games to football was merely creative writing,the kids coloured in and watched tv,we picked them up early each day.Our pool view was a view of a 10foot wall ,our room was barely cleaned ,we didn't get clean sheets the entire week and had to beg for towels on our second last day as we were left with one towel between five !The much lauded indoor play area was a 10foot square room which was empty and closed anyway,this was one of the reasons we picked this resort. My husband picked the hotel as it had wifi we had to pay 25euro for this ,he set it up on his phone and relished that it could only be one tend on one item and they wouldn't allow him to reset t so he ended up doing all his work on an iPhone as we refused to pay the hotel anymore money.We reported our ac and tv not working on our arrival we were told someone would come to look at it ,a workman arrived a full day later ,messed Zbout with the tv ,said he'd be back in ten minutes we never saw him again!

We rented a villa for 1 week, and unfortunately true that from the first day one dirty, hair all over the house, floor, toilets ect. and otherwise absolutely filthy. We complained two days and talked to the manager he said that he has no time. the cleaning is also done only at 17.00 pm. (if you can call it clean). We are totally disappointed with the whole management to the Interesiert of the customer. Also the pool was complet dirty, i live in a clean house, and when I do travel, I expect the same from the hotel that's clean, something bad and dirty, I've never seen around the world. We moved out after 2 days. NEVER MORE.

I liked the pool areas and the location of Eden resort

I did not like the fact that the all inclusive did not actually entitle you to all bar and food choices! Only the basic's were available at the pool bar and there was certain times of the day you could not acquire any food or drink at all! Really not happy with this.

Eden Resort has a variety of excellent accommodation and numerous facilities, 3 outside pools, an inside pool and abar and restaurant. it is outside of town so is quiet and relaxing. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The mini market was only open 9-1 and poorly stocked.

I liked the actual look of the resort with its pastel coloured buildings and quiet rural location. I liked the pools and family pool in particular with poolside bar wit serviced snacks and drinks.

The cleaners were rude and not very good at all which is unusual for The Algarve. There was limited hot water with poor water pressure which made showers and baths uncomfortable. Up at reception there was limited staff and the restaurant and bar were hardly ever open. It looked kind of desolate which was a shame.

New building, quite clean and silent.

Very expensive and non-adequate price for such level of service. Broken air conditioner war repaired in 4 (!) days after my claim. Room is being cleaned in the miiddle of a day when kids are sleeping. No way to change it! Staff tells us that only this time is ok for THEM. No additional linens was provided althought I asked it! We had 'pool-view' villa. But in fact we've got 'pool-wall view' because pool itself is upper than our house.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. The outside areas are well kept and clean Good pools Outside furniture sunbeds ect are of a goog quality Plenty of car parking Plenty of open space well built and well thought out layout of apartments Would return

Lack of entertain ment Bars are only ok It is up a steep hill Not a problem for myself but something to consider

The 3 bed town house was lovely it was very spacious and had everything we needed . The grounds were very well maintained and all swimming pools were clean .

There wasn't much entertainment for the children think they should have a mini disco in the evenings ,

The hotel looks very goog and nice' the facilities where ok. Breakfast was very good. but still the resort is ok, the landscape is more then nice and we had good time. Cheers

WIFI was bad!!! even we pay for the whole week - it was slow and turable. The stuff was ok but fluing hit water and cleanig thr room was very bad!

The Eden Resort was a great family friendly holiday experience.The pools were great, although water very cold, pool side bar provided everything needed from drinks, ice cream to lunchtime snacks.

I thought the restaurant let the resort down a little bit. It was great for breakfast and childrens meals but feel there could have been another more adult themed restaurant serving a La Carte menu

really enjoyed our stay in eden,everything was pretty much to a high standard,although very busy still very relaxing due to its vast grounds and many amenites,have already recommended to four friends

Quality rooms, nice pools, freindly stuff, very nice, will be glad to visit again.

The apartments were really comfortable and spacious. The only thing I would fault are the sofas as they looked quite dirty but overall really happy. It was great that you provided a transfer to the old town and beach but it would have been quite handy to provide a later service as the last one is 5pm. Love the mini market on site as you can buy any necessary items when you need them.

Almost there! There were still some things needed to be finished, eg. Pool bar, clubhouse windows, sports area, etc . Some basics could be followed to improve the service, eg. Someone to help with baggage, a buggy to take you to your villa (we wandered for half an hour trying to find ours at midnight!), numbering of villas, etc

La villa Adam & Eve juste magnigique, rien à dire. Grand volume, design

Es facil de encontrar. Los muebles y la decoracion es toda muy moderna.

La limpieza es escasa. No limpiaron el cuarto en los dias en los que estuvimos alli y algunas comidas eran malas.

As moradias, os jardins e a localização. Pequeno almoço é aceitável, embora pudessem ter sumo laranja natural

A limpeza é fraca. As paredes estavam riscadas e sujas, embora isto também se deva a uma má conduta dos visitantes, não é admissível, deviam ser limpas antes de voltarem a ser novamente ocupadas.

Gostei do Ambiente muito calmo bom para famílias com crianças.

Da Limpeza do Apartamento muito a pressa. Do pequeno almoço, para inglês e muito demorado na limpeza das mesas poucos funcionários.
