I could not fault the staff who were extremley helpful and nothing was too much effort. Excellent location for the town, restaurants and forest area. I feel the hotel could improve by cleaning the rooms more thoroughly, especially dusting and cleaning of the bathrooms at little more. |

Only the helpfulness of the man on duty in the mornings on the desk There were never any staff around to get your key, serve at the bar.Servr in the restaurant . The table cloth on the first night was dirty and they had a big party arriving and it seemed that 4 on their own were not important.There were not enough places to park the car off road which had been a special request before we booked. The bathroom smelt strongly of stale urine which never went away. |

It turns out that the hotel is mostly populated by 60+ people going to the Spa in Luso. Not really the atmosphere for a family trip. |

The room was very comfortable and i particularly liked having my own jacuzzi. As i don't speak Poruguese the staff s made the extra effort to ensure that i had all that i wanted. |

A localização mesmo no centro do Luso Nota-se que se trata de hotel com alguns anos, e que a alcatifa deveria ser substituida. O pequeno-almoço é fraco, deveria ter mais variedade. |

Aquilo que mais gostei, foi sem duvida, a piscina interior e o jacuzzi no quarto. O mobiliário do quarto é antiquado, ausencia de resguardo na banheira e ausencia de funcionarios na recepção. |

La localisation, l'amabilité du personnel, prêt à apporter son aide pour la résolution des problèmes. - La poubelle de la chambre non vidée à notre arrivée. - Les poignées des portes des chambres qui se démontent, celles-ci ne se ferment pas bien. - Le restaurant laisse à désirer, notamment le diner qui est servi bien tardivement (après 45 minutes d'attente) et froid qui plus est. - La piscine intérieure est tiède alors que la salle est surchauffée, non ventilée, avec une incroyable odeur de moisie. - Finalement, pas de place de parking, il faut stationner dans la rue. |

La situación privilegiada donde se encuentra la villa de Luso, en el parque natural de Buçaco, una maravilla. Las habitaciones eran correctas, quizás demasiado pequeñas, pero para lo que nosotros queríamos, más que suficiente. |
