In spite of reading many poor reviews about this hotel i can only guess people are expecting too much for their money,hotel was close to metro so able to get anywhere in Lisbon easily,the beds were clean,the staff accomodating (even putting an extra bed in the room when my daughter decided to join us the day before we arrived / 25 euros) car parking available at12 e a day ,but even when checked out allowed me to leave it their till 2 in the afternoon so i could visit places of interest that morning.Yes the rooms are dated and bath enamel cracking but i neither sleep in the bath or look at the decor when i am asleep so overall was an ok place to stay for the price i paid.

The location is great, just a few blocks far from the metro. The hotel room is comfortable, with hair drier and liquid soap in the bathroom, the staff is great in explaining directions to the touristic sites in Lisbon. Breakfast is very good too, with a lot of options. It`s my second time in the hotel and I don`t have anything to complain about it.

Excellent value for money. Facilities also very good & every effort taken to minimise any disruption due to ongoing refurbishment. In fact , this was essentially eradicated. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant, & helpful. Good breakfast too. Nothing really, though perhaps you could have invested in new towels to match the new decor!

The location, the staff and the breakfast.The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. the hot water can take up to 10 minutes to come through. The lifts are very claustrophobic

Location is supposedly good for business but not ideal for city/weekend breaks. Rooms are clean and of a normal size. A bit far from the centre. Sometimes could hear neighbours.

The best part was the restaurant in the 9th floor, overseeing the city and the fact the hotel is located so near the Avenida. There was no warning what so ever that at the time we were staying in Hotel Embaixador it was under construction. Our room had a balcony but we couldnt use it, because there were workers on the workers stage outside our window. There was terrible noise durring the day so there was impossible to be in the room even if you were really tired.

Theroom are big and clean. Breakfast is fine to start the day. We have to open the water 20 min. To get hot water. Color blue in the decoration look like a hospital or clinic, not a hotel.

The Hotel Embaixador is situated very well within the city. It is easily accessible to the local transport and the Aerobus, both of which stop at the Marques de Pombal.

O atendimento e atençao dos funcionários foi muito bom. 1) Ar condicionado nao estava funcionando; 2) Mais opçoes no café da manha principalmente na variedade de frutas; 3) A nao existência de acesso a internet pois atualmente vivemos conectados full time.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. Para visitar lisboa, 20 minutos centro antiguo. Nuestro viaje fue para ver el gp de Estoril y muy bien. No esperen lujos, pero con la renovacion esta todo bastante bien.

Habitaciones amplias; la ubicación, aunque no es del todo cétrico está a 200m de la avenida de la libertad, donde hay metro (marques de pombal) y autobus. A ndando está a unos 20min andando de la plaza del comercio o Roxio; el desayuno aunque no es muy abundante, merece la pena ya que desayunar fuera te sale más caro; Estaba en obras y los ascensores son bastante viejos y no funcionaban muy bien. El internet es de pago

Sono stata positivamente colpita dai colori utilizzati per decorare l'hotel. La doccia nel mio bagno, poi, era fantastica! Non avevo mai soggiornato in un hotel con una doccia di quelle dimensioni! Anche la pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile e lo staff cordiale e sempre disponibile.
