All non-smoking rooms are simply furnished and decorated in soft colors. Each one has a TV with multilingual cable channels, a well-stocked minibar and in-room safe. In spite of reading many poor reviews about this hotel i can only guess people are expecting too much for their money,hotel was close to metro so able to get anywhere in Lisbon easily,the beds were clean,the staff accomodating (even putting an extra bed in the room when my daughter decided to join us the day before we arrived / 25 euros) car parking available at12 e a day ,but even when checked out allowed me to leave it their till 2 in the afternoon so i could visit places of interest that morning.Yes the rooms are dated and bath enamel cracking but i neither sleep in the bath or look at the decor when i am asleep so overall was an ok place to stay for the price i paid.

The location is great, just a few blocks far from the metro. The hotel room is comfortable, with hair drier and liquid soap in the bathroom, the staff is great in explaining directions to the touristic sites in Lisbon. Breakfast is very good too, with a lot of options. It`s my second time in the hotel and I don`t have anything to complain about it.

Very noisy in the morning, you can gear everyone closing the door... The mini bar was making a lot of noise as well. A lot of noise from the street due to heavy traffic.

Posizione ottima, fermata dell'autobus per aeroporto proprio fuori l'hotel. Stanze grandi , pulite e con parquet. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Acqua corrente non mancava mai.

Gostei da localização e do café da manhã, porém, a funcionária que te serve o café nem bom dia te fala. Os funcionários do hotel não fazem a mínima questão de lhe tratar bem. Parece que eles estão te fazendo um favor em lhe atender. O banheiro é minúsculo e você nem consegue se sentar no vaso corretamente. Tem que se sentar de lado para caber. Isso q eu peso 55kg. Imagina uma pessoa um pouco maior. A luz do banheiro estava queimada e o sistema de iluminação é interligado, portanto, qdo você desliga a luz, a única (isso mesmo, "1" tomada em todo o quarto) tomada q tem no quarto também desliga, portanto, esqueça a idéia de carregar o celular enquanto dorme, a não ser que queria passar a noite no claro. Internet é cobrada por hora, e o preço é caro. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Achei até mesmo uma faca suja atras do móvel.
