The location was perfect. A generous breakfast.
Old building, old facilities. Noisy neighborhood, no soundproof, very cold rooms, dirty curtains.
Staff were v welcoming and helpful
Lack of soap and shampoo in bathroom
Good breakfast , near to city center ,posible parking nearby
Very noisy , we stay at the first floor and we couldn't sleep
The hotel is nice and clean, fully furnished with all the facilities. I liked the modern minimal design and the breakfast room offers a great view over the city. Staff is really kind and we found some "pastéis" as a welcome gift when we entered in the room for the first time. The hotel is not in a central position but metro station in less than 5 minutes walking and it connects every part of the city. Bus station to get to Belém is just next to the metro station, in Plaza Marques de Pombal.
Not everyone from the staff could speak english
view from room, dining room, privacy, fast check in check out, minibar, wifi
stuffy hot, rooms could be cleaner, poor breakfest, not comfy beds
The room was big, a nice decoration.
in the room were two plates with food, there were some use towels everything form the last guest and the room smell terrible like a draining.
very helpful staff
we were on the 5th floor and wifi was really bad. could only skype in reception. friends on the 4th floor directly below us thought their wifi was ok.
Layout, colour, shower
Smell in the bathroom
Simple hotel but comfortable bed, room size and bathroom. Quiet and spacious- no city or hotel noise. Very short walking distance to metro - easy to reach everywhere from there. Breakfast basic but fine. Trendy design and simple - ideal for city break.
No cooked food at breakfast. Safe not attached to wall and didn't have a lock (think may have been able to request one at reception). Otherwise, very comfortable stay.
The view from the restaurant over Lisbon was great.
Breakfast was a little disappointing.
Good breakfast, nice view from restaurant. Quiet room. Nice non standart room.
Windows and windowsills dusty. Poor wifi.
Good wifi connection, good tv channel selection, nice design. Location OK, not far from supermarket, not far from metro stop, but definitely not central for tourism.
The design of the room was nice, but already run down a bit. The towels could be whiter. And there was sometimes the smell of sewer from somewhere. This was quite rare, but definitely spoiled the impression.
No iron and ironing board
good location - 5 min walking from the nearest metro station we didn´t have any problems with an extra bed, even though we didn´t book it in advance
our room was very small, no view at all, not like it is presented on the photos.
Clean.good location,helpful staff
Location - staff
Noisy room - make sure you have a room on the front.
We had an issue with the window in the room, which didn't close well and after talking with the staff, they gave us another room. The new room was almost without a view, but was silent and big.. The bed was large and comfortable, we had a TV and a small fridge (minibar). The breakfast was like in a 4 star hotel, we liked the freshly made croissants. The breakfast room was in the 9-th floor with a perfect view over the charming city of Lisbon. Free WiFi. 5 minutes on foot to metro station Marques de Pombal.
The room have to be repainted.
Staff at Reception were very helpful when our fellow passenger broke his ankle
Noise on the street after midnight. I would request a room at the back, in future.
very close to metro station
an odor in the room and ob the hall
We had a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Close to a metro station and the hop on hop off buses. The bathroom was modern and the shower, fantastic.
The bathroom was a bit small, considering the size of the room. There was no place to put our stuff.
funky hotel. drawings of Lisbon sights in corridor. good breakfast with rashers & croissants. very clean rooms. near to metro & bus stops incl airport bus. also mini supermkt nxt door, good prices. 15 min walk to city centre.
sound proofing in windows are non existent. got a side room on 6th floor not facing main street and still noisy. bring earplugs.
The location is perfect and the decoration is very nice. The restaurant room has some amazing views.
The mattress was terrible, with one of the sides completely destroyed. it was impossible for me to connect my computer to their WI-fi and I am only been able to do it through my mobile.
My room was excellent - chic groovy and clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom white and stylish. Wifi was fantastic I had a separate lounge area in my room. The windows opened Breakfast was included
The reception area is awful bland and uninteresting. The top floor was being renovated and closed so no where to sit and look at the lovely view. Location too far from the action but once you master the metro system its ok - I stayed for 10 days !
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location to the Metro very good and therefore easy to locate from leaving the airport. Basic rooms but very clean. Free WiFi very useful.
Lots of renovation in the buildings around the hotel but this should only be temporary. A bit of a trek to Lisbon centre for the nightlife but taxi prices very reasonable and readily available.
The view from the restaurent. The nice design.
A bit run down. I did nőt get what I reserved. 2singlebed junior suite does not exist, only when you are booking.
