部屋が清潔で過ごしやすい。朝食が豪華。地下鉄の乗り換え駅が近いのでどこに行くのにも便利。近くにスーパ- ーがあるので、便利。２重扉だったので静かだった。

I paid for my room twice eventhough my visa bill in March states i paid 62.70 for stay on 9/05/13 & paid by visa on 26 jan.they owe me 62.70 e as I paid 72.70 0n fri 10 May ,ten e extra for upgrade.Full payment of 72.70 would be appreciated.

Excellent location. Very nice staff. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable and clean. Large hall for a meal with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast is good and varied. Convenient parking for an additional fee. Good and fast Wi- Fi.

Nothing I like. The room facilities are so very basic like a hostel and I think there is the price/performance is extremely low. I will not recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

The wifi literally is useless since the speed is so slow and unstable. the use of colour in the reception area - red, and the colour in the room odd blue which all made one feel very uncomfortable. There is a couple of sex shops by side of the hotel which also makes single woman guest feel odd and uneasy.

Modern furniture, clean, no frills. Nice breakfast room on top floor with good view of Lisbon, and the croissants were the best we had during a week in Portugal; very good value; nice size television.

This hotel is a very good option for 2-3 days staying in Lisbon. It's situated very close to Avenida da Liberdad from where you can easily reach Rossio place, railway station and other sights. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Room is comfortable and very nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no heating in the bathroom

Well what I liked is the location, the staff, the hospitality, the breakfast, the view from the room & the cleanliness.

Well I wouldn't call it a negative in that sense, but the one thing that could be improved, is the sound isolation from the external traffic movement. But considering all other positives this could be overlooked.

The heating was on maximum but we have still feeling of coldness inside. But we have coldness feeling in all restaurants that we have visited. So you need to dress warmer.

Excellent location, very modern hotel with clean, spacious room for myself and 2 friends. Excellent prices for both the stay, and the mini-bar, which we made use of!

The mini-bar was well priced, but only 2 of each option was available (ie, only 2 beers, 2 Cokes) which wasn't ideal for 3 people sharing a room!

it was a very clean and upbeat place to stay.

some of the occupants were rowdy. Sunday to monday night it seemed doors were banged on above us in a very violent way. nothing to do with hotel staff i imagine but just rowdy customers. floors upstairs allow easy noise transfer to lower floors,

The staff was not particularly nice, and not that helpful--only just as helpful as was needed, if that. I also didn't really like the hotel color scheme, but that's entirely my personal opinion.

The hotel was revamped and has a cool youthfull decoration. The workers were nice and helpfull

Despite being renewed is still a old building. I stayed in the hotel because is very close to some family house and because we could choose either twin or double.We need a double bed because we co-sleep with our small baby. When we arrive they did not have our booked and requested double bed. We stayed on 7 floor and was extremely noisy since 7 am(the breakfast room is upstairs) making it impossible to rest.The street is also very noisy. The mattresses were very springy and low quality and the tv did not work good. Also other problem is the stair that you have to climb to get into the lobby and then few more to get in the elevator
