Staff very friendly and welcoming but also professional. Hotel run to very high standard but guests able to relax, staff get the balance just right. |

Everything was working as it should be and the service was good. The hotel was in a quiet place without any noise from traffic. The rooms had nice view over the sea, although the hotel wasn't right in the coastline. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was quite far from the Funchal center and the swimming pool was very small. |

Being part of a hotel teaching complex everything had to be ´perfect` this meant that comfort and friendlyness was sacrificed for efficiency. |

Excellent small hotel with good facilities & a wonderful menu which changes every night. Staff were charming & extremely helpful. Hotel is attached to the choll for Hoteliers in MAdiera |

It has a great location! Especially for people who likes walk (road by step to the centre of Funshal takes about 30-40 min). Near to the Hotel there was a bank (BES), a farmacia, 2 supermarkets, a Promenade zone.. The room was very clean and has a great view. Breakfast in the Hotel was very various. The Internet access was ver important for me. The hotel description was said that it is in each room. But actually it was only in a bar and in a Hotel lobby. I wish it will be in the room. |

Nice hotel with excellent service. Really value for the money. By car easy to get and local bus traffic frequent. Airport bus service not too far. |

The people at the front desk where very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned thorough and with perfect timing, the rooms have a good size plus the distance to Funchal is very doable when you have a rental car. Very good price / value deal. The breakfast could be more diverse and the staff during the breakfast (I think students so they are somewhat forgiven) is looking at you all the time with more staff than guests. The hotel is also rather difficult to find when you arrive at an island like Madeira (allthough that ismore or less an island itself issue). Small pool for a 4 star hotel... |

staff at reception was very helpful (also with hospital emergency), solid breakfast, waiters in restaurant were absolutely fabulous, very quiet area of town, not far to the famous rock beach (800 m to the sea) the city bus is 400m, it wouldn't matter for us, but since we were sick it was heavy 400m of walking;) distance to city centre is not so good |

Gentillesse du personnel et hôtel très bien situé en dehors de Funchal mais accès très rapide jusqu’au centre ville de Funchal. Service de Navette de l’hôtel par Minibus impeccable pour passer journée au centre ville (très belle ville). Chambre impeccable, propre et avec balcon vers mer. Hôtel à recommander car très bon rapport/prix. Rien tout etait parfait |

We hebben met erg veel plezier gelogeerd in het hotel. De kamers en de bedden waren erg goed. Het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als we nog eens naar Madeira gaan, gaan we zeker naar dit hotel. We raden het iedereen aan.Ligging is buiten het centrum, maar enkele keren per dag rijdt er een shuttlebusje. Erg klantvriendelijk.Ontbijt is erg goed en compleet. |

Mooi klein hotel aan de rand van Funchal met ruime kamers. Stad per openbaar vervoer (4 buslijnen) zeer goed te bereiken. Wij deden dit lopend! Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Keuken hotel ook goed. |
