Excellent position and junior staff, very clean, good breakfast, lovely surroundings and pool looked nice No coffee or drinking water in room, no outside door key and too many notices forbidding things. Musty smell in main hallway and not easy to move around queitly in the hotel, which can disturb you. |

Staff attentive and very helpful - good value for money - village location - room and establishment very clean - very relaxing - good continental breakfast. Very little - facilities a little limited but it is a small establishment. Dinner in the restaurant was perfectly OK but village restaurants were slightly cheaper and better |

Good location in east Madeira and not far away from the airport. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. We stayed there in November and there was a "musty" smell in the room. The hotel is a bit in the hills/clouds, so the humidity was high despite of the switched-on electrical heater. They should run central heating to avoid that. The restaurant is OK for the first time, but on the second day we wanted to go out somewhere else - the menu selection seemed quite limited. |

Location is excellent for exploring the eastern half of Madeira. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was nice although the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The restaurant was felt dark and pokey with no atmosphere. We mostly went to the nearby golf hotel for evening meals. |

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die Gartenanlage und die Haustiere. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Zimmer 102-104 über dem Waschraum 7:30-22:00 Lärm, auch Sonntag. Die Telefonanrufe der Rezeption konnten mitgehört werden.Die Temeratur im Zimmer 17C und die Klimaanlage schaltete beim heizen nach kurzer Zeit ab. |

Ha estado todo perfecto; la habitación era muy grande; excelente la limpieza y conservación de las instalaciones; en el restaurante del hotel hemos comido el mejor "Pez espada con banana" que hemos probado en toda Madeira; el desayuno era tan abundante que no podíamos con todo; zumo, cereales, varios tipos de pan, mantequillas y mermeladas,embutidos variados , queso, zumo, fruta fresca, cafe, leche, chocolate y dulces...En fin, todo maravilloso. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos a la isla y regresaremos a este maravilloso hotel "Con Encanto", por supuesto reservando con "Booking.com" . Sin lugar a dudas, faltan más variedad de canales en la TV. |

Recomendamos completamente este hotel a la gente que quiera ver algo diferente en Madeira. Es la cuarta vez que visitamos la isla y nos llevamos el mejor de los recuerdos. Sus jardines, su tranquilidad, la calidad de la cocina que sirven en su restaurante, en el cual comimos el mejor "pez espada con banana" de la isla, la limpieza de las habitaciones y la simpatía del personal hacen de este hotel un "must" en Madeira. El desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación es abundante y muy variado.... Regresaremos. Se echa en falta que hayan más canales de TV . |

L'accueil. Le soin apporté en général à l'hôtel, sa présentation, son décor. La propreté des chambres : parquet lustré, meubles cirés, bonne literie....un bon entretien en somme. Piscine peu/pas fréquentée (première quinzaine de juillet). Restauration : plats copieux et peu de temps d'attente. Variété de ce qui est proposé au petit déjeuner. Vous ne pouvez pas accéder à votre chambre sans qu'une employée vous déverouille la porte du hall de l'hôtel (attente de quelques secondes à plusieurs minutes). Personne à l'accueil la plupart du temps. Odeur importante de moisi dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre (deux fauteuils particulièrement malodorants dans la chambre) liée à l'atmosphère humide. Peu insonorisé par rapport aux couloirs et aux pièces au-dessus. Pas de volets ou de rideaux occultants. L'accès à la piscine se fait sur demande. Restauration : choix de la carte assez limité et personnel inégalement aimable et professionnel. |
