Staff very friendly and helpful; same man greeted us and served all meals. Views are nice and location great for airport. Room large and bright and well appointed.. Breakfast was served as we were the only guests; great but perhaps not typical! Small area for walking so need a car to go anywhere. |

Situated in peaceful, relaxing enviroment despite it being so close to the airport.Noise from airport traffic almost non existent. Extremely friendly, happy staff. Excellent food and accomadation. We like everything about this hotel and will not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. |

A very good hotel (as well as the restaurant), with a beautiful view, and extremely silent: even if it is really closed to the airport, You can't hear a sole plane! Big rooms and very friendly staff. Remember to rent a car: You can go only in Santa Cruz by foot, or use taxis (60€ a return trip to Funchal). |

This was a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and lovely service. I would highly recommend. In contrast to our booking at Quinta Da Penha De Franca everything was as promised on the booking.com website. |

Prachtige kamers met direct uitzicht op de zee, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende service en absolute rust alhoewel het hotel slechts op enkele minuten van het vliegveld ligt. Je hebt in het hotel absoluut geen last van het nabij gelegen vliegveld. Zeer aangenaam verlof |
