I liked the sea view from our clean, comfortable bedroom. Prompt service when we reported balcony window would not lock. The organisation of the evening buffet. |

The old town location was our preference which was provided by Hotel location. This is not suitable fopr everyone due to steep climb from beach. However hotel provides adequate facilities with family touch. |

Me and my partner relaxed, walked, sunbathed, eat and enjoyed. We came back from this holiday completely recharged. even though we were right at the top and it was steep to walk to town and back we loved it, it meant we walked off our dinner and i came back fitter than i left:-) plus the views where gorgeous. Nowhere to keep drinks cold. As with most hotels we had to leave our room at 12 but our flight was not until the evening, even though they looked after bags the shower by the pool closed early and there was nowhere to blowdry my hair. but if that is all i have to moan about its not much ah! hehe! |

Very good choices and very good standard of food. Enjoyed the well stocked bar which was very comfortable with good entertainment. Good free car parking. Lack of leisure area around pool which was very cold. Just a few members of staff could be more helpful and friendly. |

The pool was very nice. Room cleaned every day. Very near to the beach, viewing point, marina and only €10 to go to the new town in a taxi. AC was a must and kept the room lovely and cool The breakfast was only average and very plain. Had a two single beds rather than a double & there was no method to link the two beds together, awkward when one person slips between them! The hill outside the hotel was ridicilously steep. Even though there was a spa advertised it was closed for the duration of out 10 day stay. |

Swimming pool was well maintained. Gym available on request. Staff were helpful and well informed on local issues e.g. directions, bus routes etc. Drinking water and towel were not provided in Gym dispite a €5 charge per person per session |

The hotel its self is quite quirky but the whole hotel needs a revamp.The rooms are quite big but the corriders etc need a good clean and some paint. there was a really nasty smell each morninbg as you walked down to the breakfast room, the pool bar was also really old and the food was very basic. |

Carol and staff were very friendly, apart from the barman in the evening The pool area is quite small and therefore could not accommodate enough sun beds for all guests. There are signs saying not to put towels down but it was evident that this was done whilst people went to breakfast and so no sun beds for those who did not carry out this practice. |

I was abit disapointed. Not at all a Four star hotel, Had to pay for the gym. It Should have specifed that when booking the hotel. Breakfast was average. No fridges in the room, No air conditioning. |

Excellent all round hotel. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough to assist us. Restaurant was brilliant and the hotel had a very welcoming feel to it.The pool area was quite enchanting and service was good. I would reccomend this establishment to anyone. If you are physically unwell or unfit then this location would not suit unless you have transport. To get to the old town there are numerous steps and hills to decend and more importantly ascend. This is not a fault but more of an observation. |
