With just 8 rooms, you will feel at home and benefit from receptive hospitality at the quaint Estalagem de Santo António. The hotel is situated in Fóia, which is the highest point in the Algarve (982 metres) from where you can almost see the whole coastline of the Algarve, from east to west. Estalagem de Santo António is a 10-minute drive from the village of Monchique and a 40-minute drive from some of the main beaches of the Algarve.
Enjoy your meal on the restaurant terrace with a pleasant view. You can enjoy typical dishes from the area.

We also have a bar on the 1st floor with a magnificent view over the coastline of the Algarve. The bar is open every Friday and Saturday from 22:30 to 04:00.
Travel information
By Car:
- Follow the road to Monchique and arriving in the centre head in the direction of Foia.
- After about 6 km, you'll find Estalagem S. António.
- Remember we are in the highest place so keep going up until the end of the road.
