there were very kind ladies at reception and brakfast room , these are the most important assets that this hotel has . thak you to the staff the price was too high for an hotel in the middle of countryside , , there were noisy leaking in the bathroom from the tub , |

De rustige ligging in de voorstad van Ponte Delgada, de bereikbaarheid (vliegveld, uitvalswegen), de vriendelijke en gastvrije medewerkers en de oprechte geinteresseerdheid in de gast zonder opdringerigheid of automatisme. Dat de geserveerde ananas uit eigen kas komt kon je proeven. |

Personnel vraiment agréable, discret, serviable et très disponible. Durant notre séjour qui était il est vrai hors saison, l'hôtel a été très calme. Draps et service de toilettes changés tous les jours (en plus du nettoyage et rangement journalier de la chambre). Seule chose qui aurait pu nous gêner : hôtel un peu isolé de la ville si l'on n'a pas pris le soin de louer un véhicule. Rien de plus à redire. |
