The staff were fantastic. The restaurant is very well priced and the service 5 stars. The bed was hard and so comfortable. The views amazing and the location perfect for skiing. There was slight mould in our room around the bath and the wood along the window was rotting. The cleaning of the bathroom was not so great. There are no coffee-making facilities, no free teas / biscuits and no mini-fridge. So, you are a little dependent on their own food and drinks. There is no fitness room, which if you cannot ski would have been nice. |

Panoramic, quiet position yet easy to find on main road. Reasonably priced, but limited, well cooked menu. Bedroom odern with lovely view, but a bit compact with limited space to put and hang things. |

This is a very interesting and comfortable hotel in a fine location with excellent views (its worth the small supplement for a valley view room!). We first stayed in 2005, now (in 2008) it has been sympathetically updated with very well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The design of the hotel is quite striking and unique. Very nice swimming pool/terrace with a bar providing drinks and snacks |

Em geral gostei da paisagem, tranquilidade, proximidade com a Serra da Estrela, o ambiente tipico das aldeias e vilas vizinhas. No que diz respeito à Estalagem realço a decoração, o sossego e o ambiente resguardado do qual podemos usufruir. Um pequeno-almoço mais variado. |

Vistas e pequeno-almoço Melhorar a recepção (acompanhamento do cliente ao quarto!). Dia 18 de Junho de manhã não houve água para banho nos quartos. No check-out não foi dada qualquer justificação para o sucedido, nem um pedido de desculpas. (sistema alternativo de abastecimento de água?). |

Toda a envolvência da paisagem e do local onde está inserida e também a decoração bem como o conforto dos quartos. Seria importante rever a forma como os empregados atendem e se dirigem aos clientes. O recrutamento para este tipo de serviços deveria começar por esse aspecto, i.e,...o saber atender e a educação do trato. |
