Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel was fine. The building is obviously and old structure that has been renovatd. The interior of the hotel was very nice and decorated well. The room was comfortable and acceptable for the price. They should reconfigure the hot water supply as it took about 5 minutes of running water before the hot arrived in the room. |

Loud music constantly playing around the pool area which started at 11.00am and continued all day spoiling the peace one would expect at a mountain retreat, no mini bar no ice available for drinks, no room service, air con did not work and poor breakfast.This hotel is definately not four star standard and should not be advertised as such. |

The staff were fantastic. The restaurant is very well priced and the service 5 stars. The bed was hard and so comfortable. The views amazing and the location perfect for skiing. There was slight mould in our room around the bath and the wood along the window was rotting. The cleaning of the bathroom was not so great. There are no coffee-making facilities, no free teas / biscuits and no mini-fridge. So, you are a little dependent on their own food and drinks. There is no fitness room, which if you cannot ski would have been nice. |

Panoramic, quiet position yet easy to find on main road. Reasonably priced, but limited, well cooked menu. Bedroom odern with lovely view, but a bit compact with limited space to put and hang things. |

Quarto bastante confortável O buffet do jantar do restaurante apenas tinha 2 pratos principais e uma vez que já tínhamos comido um desses pratos na noite passada, ficamos reduzidos a uma opção. Dado que a estalagem está um pouco isolada e com o mau tempo não há mais opções à volta para jantar. |

Adorei a Serra da Estrela. Deviam ter mais funcionários no restaurante, pois apenas 2 funcionários ao jantar é muito pouco para tantos clientes. O serviço foi muito demorado e a espera pelos pratos foi cerca de 45 minutos. |

Recomendo esta Estalagem. Quando cheguei ao quarto, este estava muito frio. Recomendo que liguem o ar condicionado umas horas antes do check in. O corredor dos quartos também estava frio e tinha pouca luz, pois tive dificuldade em ver para abrir a porta. |

Gostámos do ambiente familiar e acolhedor, da comida, do espaço envolvente e da limpeza do espaço. Não apreciámos o facto de as portas da casa de banho estarem estragadas, deslizavam mal e a pega estava a cair.Também o chuveiro estáva mal fixo á parede e sempre que se utilizou molhou o chão todo obrigando-nos a sujar/molhar toalhas para o secar |

La ubicación en el medio de la montaña el personal no atiende como se esperaría de un hotel de su categoría (no atienden tu equipaje por ejemplo), no se permite el uso del ascensor, no hay minibar, hay que solicitar el secador en recepción, tuvimos un problema con el baño (salía agua sucia del sumidero...) las habitaciones son pequeñas, no se merece las 4 estrellas |
