Room was always clean and well looked after by the staff. The breakfast was excellent and covered everyone's choice from English to Continental. We have nothing but praise for this hotel.

Nice business hotel with freindly staff. Have stayed here at numerous occations and the standard is still the same. Perfect view over the bay and Cascais. Lack of WiFi connection in room

The view was excellent and the staff generally very helpful, especially the breakfast staff 1. The beds were rock hard and the pillows of poor quality which spoilt the standard of the room. 2. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It is so nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up and before you shower etc. 3. The hotel had no irons or ironing boards for use by customers. I just wanted to press ashirt that was already clean and was told I had to use the laundry service!!

Receptionist was disinterested, rude and unhelpful. Double charging for internet access - once for wifi in the lobby and another time for wired access in the room. Pure theft.Room was basic, bar closed just as everyone from the conference arrived back in the hotel.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to my favourite beach Praia da Tamariz since I have tried a few other hotels in this area before but the problem always was that they were so far away from the beach... The furniture might not be the newest but overall it is a well-maintaned hotel and the service was great too. I really liked the fact that there was a mini fridge in the room that I could use for drinks and snacks. The hotel is also easily reachable from Lisbon via a train that stops nearby so you do not really need to use any expensive taxis. And the view from my room! It was amazing! I was so satisfied that I will definitely come back next year.

A simpatia dos funcionários, a localização do hotel, o excelente restaurante que aconselho vivamente. O espaço quarto e o silêncio. Mobiliário a necessitar de substituição, algumas torneiras da casa de banho a necessitar de troca.
