The facility was well maintained, clean and secure. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach and grocery stores are nearby. The individual air conditioning systems in the rooms are very quiet and work effectively. Poolside chairs are always available and not reserved by towels. Excellent exercise room. Nice indoor/outdoor pools. Young children swimming in the adult pool, since there are two other pools designated for young children. |

Very friendly staff, good facilities. However, no billiard room as described in overview. Adult pool often had children in it who were not removed by pool staff. |

Accommodation for 6 persons excellent with upmarket decor. Location with regard to beach/restaurants involving steep uphill return for elderly with full stomach. Adults only pool an attraction but rules not enforced. |

Estrela da Luz was a well-maintained resort location, and was very family friendly. The staff accommodated a switch of rooms from the ground level to first floor that was very much appreciated. The apartments were spacious and bright. The equipment running the pool was very loud. |

The appartment was very nice, clean, quiet and spacy. Left the car in the garage and went by foot everywhere in the village. The kitchen had all the machinery and things needed and more. Altough hot outside the appartment was very cool. Should promote recycling. |

Everything was excellent. The studio apt was very clean and well equipped... especially the white bedding and pillows! The kitchen was well equipped too and wonderful to have so you can save money by not eating out all the time, but you may want to bring your own pans because the teflon was wornout. However everything else was great..the pots, glasses, flatware, etc. There's an outdoor baby pool but not one indoors (just an adult one) which would be great if they had one during the spring when the weather can be unpredicable. |

Die ganze Anlage war sehr ruhig, da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren. Die Appartements waren sehr groß und geräumig: großes Wohnzimmer und zusätzlich eine abgetrennte, auch sehr große Küche. Die Küchenutensilien hätten besser ausgestattet sein können, sonst kann man sich über nichts beschweren! |

Huoneisto oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu.Alue oli kokonaisuudessaan siisti ja turvallinen.Hyvä kuntosali ja sisäuima-allas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta yhtä lukuunottamatta. Yksi mätä omena pilaa sadon! Meidät vastaanottanut mies oli tympeä alusta asti.Ei toivottanut tervetulleeksi ,tosin ei myöskään tervemenoa.Alle 16-vuotiaat ei saa tehdä oikeen mitään.Ei uida sisäuima-altaassa yksin, ei ollenkaan kuntosalin puolelle. Lapsemme ui n.kilometrin illassa ja piti istua katsomassa, kun ois voinu olla esim.vaimon kanssa kahden? Salille ei saanut ottaa lapsia mukaan ollenkaan,edes pattijalle venyttelemään, vaikka se oli lähes aina tyhjä! sauna oli kokoaikana yhden kerran kunnossa ja tämä tyly mies totesi vaan,että se on rikki eikä kertaakaan sanonut esim. olemme pahoillamme. Menimme tähän hotelliin mm. kuntosalin ja saunan takia, joten tältäosin oli pettymys. |

L´hôtel posséde de bonnes installations, appropriées pour un séjour en famille, excellent pour se reposer car l´emplacement est calme. L´hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant avec de vrais repas, mais uniquement un bar servant des repas légers. L´hôtel ne possède de wi-fi que dans ce bar, et pas dans les parties communes. |

Los apartamento son muy amplios y estan muy bien equipados, un entorno muy tranquilo, el equipamiento e instalaciones con piscina interior. solo pasan a limpiar cada dos días. |

Las habitaciones están perfectamente equipadas y con muy buen gusto. Además el Jacuzzi y la piscina interior son ideales y en agosto cuando fuimos había muy poca gente utilizándolo. Perfecto. Que la cama supletoria es muy incómoda, por lo demás todo perfecto. |

Amplitud del apartamento,buen mobiliario,situacion relativamente buena en cuanto a la playa(un paseito,10 min),tranquilida de la zona... La politica de limpieza,en siete dias entraron solo dos a limpiar y no cambiaron las sabanas,este trato no se corresponde con su precio.En las piscinas los empleados no hacen cumplir las normas en cuanto a reserva de tumbonas con toallas,como llegues un poco tarde te las encuentras todas reservadas...Tengan mucho cuidado si utilizan tarjeta de credito en el apartahotel,me cobraron tres veces el mismo cargo segun ellos por falta de señal y aun estoi esperando la devolucion...si no solicitas el parking ni te lo ofrecen,cuando la utilizacion de este facilita, al tener ascensor,muchisimo el traslado de equipage... |
