Staff where great, Hotel is nice and very clean but very dated! Wardrobe door unsafe need updating, one slide off smashed onto the floor glass went everywhere could of fell onto one of my children! All need changing same in everyroom |

Roger the barman was most personable and hardworking bar and restaurant most evenings give him a break ... and a rise. Restusrant prices very expensive so we did not use it |

The peace and quiet , due to the fact that the hotel was a bit away from the main resorts. The entertainment at night. The cost of items in the onsite supermarket. |

Staff were very friendly. We had a 2 bed apartment and there was good room in it. It seems to be an old building, there was a horrible musty smell in our bedroom and the apartment was very cold. We had to get a taxi to go get dinner so that would cost an extra €10 every night. |

The rooms are a nice size and the location of the hotel is good. The balconies are spacious, with welcome entries from the kitchen and bedroom. We have stayed at other hotels in the area, and value for money at this hotel is tops. The cleaning is adequate but not terrific.There could be a few more cooking and serving utensils in the kitchen. The TV service is not especially good, neither the sets nor the channels. Better lighting for reading at night would be welcome, but this is a quibble. |

apesar de estar bem explicito que o check in possa ser efectuado a partir das 14 horas, cheguei com a familia ás 15:40, fiz o check in, exigiram logo o pagamento e só me entregaram o o quarto passado 1 hora. Foi excelente esperar com a minha bagagem e familia no hall da recepção. Não foi apresentado qualquer outra solução, senão ..... esperar. |

Pequeno almoço e piscinas, camas confortáveis e varanda simpática. Pessoal simpático e competente. Necessita espreguiçadeiras novas nas piscinas, algum mobiliário (sala) dos apartamentos está velho e desconfortável, elevador com cheiro esquisito e com ar pouco seguro. |

Fora da epoca alta os preços são muito razoaveis para um hotel com tantas comodidades. Area da piscina e jardims e excellente para crianças. Os quartos são boas e as varandas tambem de boa tamanho. O pequeno almoço é pobre considerando as 4 estrelas e o supermercado escandaloso. |

sossego para descansar é do melhor. Também gostei das piscinas. Limpeza do quarto era tardia. Os corredores não estavam limpos. Já estive em apartamentos de 3 estrelas que não ficavam nada a trás deste |
