The peace and quiet , due to the fact that the hotel was a bit away from the main resorts. The entertainment at night. The cost of items in the onsite supermarket. |

Staff were very friendly. We had a 2 bed apartment and there was good room in it. It seems to be an old building, there was a horrible musty smell in our bedroom and the apartment was very cold. We had to get a taxi to go get dinner so that would cost an extra €10 every night. |

The rooms are a nice size and the location of the hotel is good. The balconies are spacious, with welcome entries from the kitchen and bedroom. We have stayed at other hotels in the area, and value for money at this hotel is tops. The cleaning is adequate but not terrific.There could be a few more cooking and serving utensils in the kitchen. The TV service is not especially good, neither the sets nor the channels. Better lighting for reading at night would be welcome, but this is a quibble. |

Space and cleanliness of room. Kitchenette was well equipped. Location was good, with only 15 minutes walk to the small town of Alvor, and the beach. |

Room size & view. There is a fantastic foyer which should be used more. It needs a re-furb...leaky roof.. The dining room is more a cafe than restaurant & it's location is outside the main hotel area. ( Umbella to get there if raining) |

nous ne faisions que loger dans cet hotel,et le studio loué était spacieux;la cuisine très pratique nous permettait de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse. le restaurant pas du tout attractif alors que l'on a une profusion de bons restaurants en bord de mer et près de l'hotel. La literie avec un matelas très dur |

A simpatia dos funcionários, a área do apartamento e as piscinas. Obras de remodelação e mais cuidado na limpeza. Muitas vezes as toalhas estavam sujas e mesmo com buracos, o que não deveria acontecer num hotel de 4 estrelas. Devia também haver vigilância nas piscina, para evitar que os hóspedes entrem dentro de água com roupa e inclusivamente com chinelos. |

É um hotel apartamento que não desilude Uma lata de tinta branca resolvia todas as situações menos positivas que detectei. Fica mais barato tomar o pequeno almoço no café que comprar o mesmo no supermercado do aldeamento, o que é de loucos. |

O estúdio para 2 pessoas tem bastante espaço, como a varanda. A kitchenete tem o essencial quanto aos utensílios,etc. não é moderna. Quanto à localização, é bastante calmo só que a pé ainda fica um pouco longe da praia. Diria 15 minutos a pé. As camas deverão ser melhoradas, em que os colchões já são bastante antigos e incómodos. |
