Booked a suite. A spacious room, great views to the sea and the mountains. A large balcony with a table and chairs. At the balcony we could catch public free Wifi-Madeira. :-) Good breakfast. A nice little village by the sea-side. Relaxing! The sofa in the room was out-dated, worn out. No free WiFi except in the lobby. |

We've stayed there for 6 days and had a wonderful holiday. The staff are more than friendly and speak excellent English. I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool every evening. The free wireless Internet is indeed there and is of high quality. It is also very easy to find the hotel if you're travelling by car. All in all I would highly recommend it. I would pobably replace some furniture in the room. |

Excellent location in Porto Moniz.Staff friendly and helpful.Free use of room safe.Offered use of facilities after check out.Given rooms with better views than expected.Comfortable size bedroom and bathroom.Good choice at breakfast.Hotel very clean. |

There is beautiful view from the Hotel, it is situated in front of Porto Moniz natural bad. The staff was very friendly. |

We were lucky to check in straight away when we got there, the receptionist was very friendly. we were right at the seafront within two minutes from everything in Porto Moniz including the natural baths. The room was great |

Porto Moniz is nice location with good acces for swimming in semi-natural conditions. The hotel is for good money but there are some things not perfect. I wouldn't like to stay there for longer time but for one night or weekend is it good choice. Swimming pool in the hotel is too much chlorinated. |

The staff at the reception desk was extremely friendly, helpful and competent. The location and the views are perfect. The rooms were clean. If there were some sort of heating during the winter period - this would help in times of storm,rain and low temperatures. |

Leuk dorpje en prima ruime kamer. Hotel ligt midden in het dorpje op 50 m van de zee. Bankstel op de kamer had enorme slijtage en dissoneerde met de rest. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti on hyvä, jos haluaa rauhallisen paikan ja on vuokra-auto, kätevää tutustua saaren länsipuoliskoon. Iso parveke. Merivesialtaat kivat. Sohvan päällinen useasta kohtaa rikki (4:n tähden hotelli !!??), loisteputkilamppu kylpyhuoneen peilin yllä rikki. Kokolattiamatto ikävä, tunkkainen, laattalattia olisi paljon raikkaampi. Remontti olisi jo tarpeen. |

gastvrijheid en vrijblijvendheid tot bezoeken van allerlei faciliteiten die het hotel heeft. Goede service en uitstekende prijs / kwaliteit verhouding het matras van het bed was aan de harde kant, hierdoor was ik de volgende ochtend wat stijf in de rug, verder prima! |
