Excellent location in Porto Moniz.Staff friendly and helpful.Free use of room safe.Offered use of facilities after check out.Given rooms with better views than expected.Comfortable size bedroom and bathroom.Good choice at breakfast.Hotel very clean. |

There is beautiful view from the Hotel, it is situated in front of Porto Moniz natural bad. The staff was very friendly. |

We were lucky to check in straight away when we got there, the receptionist was very friendly. we were right at the seafront within two minutes from everything in Porto Moniz including the natural baths. The room was great |

Porto Moniz is nice location with good acces for swimming in semi-natural conditions. The hotel is for good money but there are some things not perfect. I wouldn't like to stay there for longer time but for one night or weekend is it good choice. Swimming pool in the hotel is too much chlorinated. |

We where made very welcome, had suberb views, and the staff would always go the extra mile! It also came highly recommended Breakfast could be a bit longer to about 10h30 and more creative? |

The staff at the reception desk was extremely friendly, helpful and competent. The location and the views are perfect. The rooms were clean. If there were some sort of heating during the winter period - this would help in times of storm,rain and low temperatures. |

Very quiet, nice view to natural pools and ocean. Very helpful front desk staff: suddenly we have to print out one document in order to send it to Europe, they didn't charge anything. Our recommendations: nice beach of next town, Seixal and walk along Levada da Janela. Twisting entry to parking place under the hotel; we scratched the car. Recommend to skip this place. |

Staff was really great. Service is excellent. Our room was fabulous. While rainy days sauna and indoor pool makes you feel comfortable. There are some good and cheap restaurants just behind the hotel (a few hundred meters away) and a fine shop. It was a pleasant stay. |

gastvrijheid en vrijblijvendheid tot bezoeken van allerlei faciliteiten die het hotel heeft. Goede service en uitstekende prijs / kwaliteit verhouding het matras van het bed was aan de harde kant, hierdoor was ik de volgende ochtend wat stijf in de rug, verder prima! |
