Well equipped and managed, quiet and with a wonderful view on Natural Pools of Puerto Moniz. You must expect a poor public connection to Funchal, in case you have no car, but this is aside the hotel

I really do not know why this hotel has so hight rating !!! It is seedy hotel with dirty room (especially carpet) and very uncomfortable bad. The breakfast is dreadful. Hotel is located on the 3ed line with view on the gas station, road, building construction plant and ... ocean. The beach (natural pool) in not free and there are a lot of tourist. Room door lock do not work. Refrigerator is noisy. You may well hear the neighbours.

Really great hotel for it's price! Very, very, very helpful and affable reception staff! Thank you much! Also allowed us to stay in the room until 3-30 p.m. in check out day. Clean and comfortable room. Very convenient room service. Perfect location.

Close to the promenada. This is more like a 2 stars hotel. The furniture is old and the place clearly needs refurbishing. We could hear the wind all night, hovering outside (which should not happen with good windows). The entire place seemed deserted.

The desk staff were polite and helpful. I don't want to be unkind. But the place was rather dreary. It definitely could use new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was only fair.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit pour la situation de l'hôtel. Nous avons aimé l'emplacement avec vue sur la montagne et aussi sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure (il faisait un peu gris). Le personnel est très serviable. La moquette rose n'est pas fraîche (propre mais aurait besoin d'être changée) car l'établissement est à part celà de bon goût. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas ...

Rezeption sprach sogar Deutsch, hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, toll wir haben die eine Nacht erstattet bekommen. Alle Achtung das macht nicht jedes Hotel Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können

Hotel un peu défraichi mais sympathique, et surtout un rapport qualité/prix imbattable! Nous avons payé 59 € pour 3 adultes petit déjeuner inclus pour une grande chambre avec balcon vue sur mer, et avons profité de la piscine et du jaccuzzi.

Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedés,kilátás az óceánra,este csak az óceán morajlása hallatszott.A Személyzet segitőkész.Kiválóan alkalmas kiindulópont a sziget nyugati felének bebarangolásához.Egész napos kirándulás után hasznos volt a wellness részleg(szauna,jakuzzi)..
