Staff ok.

Hotel uncomfortable for tourism, away from the center, this restaurant does not exist, only breakfast and always the same, after they have paid the total bill chech out 3 days after I draw 13 euro is not justified by my card, shameful.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the subway: a varied breakfast; a beautiful design with rooms of adequate size. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room is not very big, but is more than enough for sleeping only. The breakfast has a good selection of food.

The Wifi was not working at all. Even if I was able to connect my devices to the wireless network I was not able to surf the internet. Emails coming very slow. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle as advertised here. They offered to hire a normal taxi. It is not a big issue but everyone should be aware that the airport transfer is not provide by the hotel but by normal taxis, so you can manage it by yourself.

The location of the hotel was great (one block for metro and one block from train station). The hotel feels updated and the bathroom is spotless and good size. The breakfast was above average.

The room seemed to stay a little damp (moisture on the inside of the windows). The internet service did not work for 3 out of our 5 day stay.

This hotel is located nearby railwaystation Entrecampos. It's a 2 minutes walk so this is a perfect place to stay if you need to catch the Alfa Pendular to Porto or the Algarve. I left my jacket and the personnel sent it back to me to the Netherlands.

New hotel, very clean, nice breakfast, near metro station, spacious room and really interesting glass wall in bathroom....

Our check- in took really long time (approx.20 min).

Good around experience

Excellent structure. Rooms are confortable and well furnished, with minibar and wi-fi connection; internet wi-fi could have been a little better, but I didn't experience specific problems. Breakfast was good and various, with enough choice of sweets and salty things. Private parking was free of charge, and that's pretty rare in Lisbon. It may take a while to reach the city center on foot.

Location and value for money

It's interior is superb, clean, futuristic and in clear black and white. Liked the way front desk people helped me and they are quite charming and in smile and easy. Excellent location and you are connected to all important places of Lisbon. Excellent value for the money.

Excellent room, helpful staff. Next to the metro station. Free private parking.

Nice new furniture, good bathroom, awesome beds

Poor breakfast Rather far froom historical center and shopping streets, at least 30 minutes on foot or 5 euro on taxi Awful wifi in room, constant disconnection! The hotel is 100% non-smoking, we had to go outside to smoke.

Good staff

I was quite disappointed in breakfast options, especially the coffee, it tasted horrible.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, fresh and generous breakfast, impeccably clean.

As I expected, the brand new hotel was full of refurbishment smells - paint, glue, etc. nothing too heavy, quite bearable. This will disappear soon. I'm sure.

The hotel was just recently opened and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was still getting acclimated to "their new jobs" but did well, were friendly and helpful, and seemed to be enthusiastic about their jobs. If they didn't know the answer to a question, they were able to get an answer promptly. The breakfast was good, although the coffee (our first morning) was not very good. The next morning, the coffee was much better.

The selection of red wine in the bar was much too small, and the bartender (also the bellman) didn't know if one could order a bottle or buy it only "by the glass".

O quarto tinha condições bastante boas, adorei o design e o pormenor da casa de banho.

O atendimento podia ter sido melhor. Houve alguma arrogância por parte dos funcionários.
